Just to clarify a few questions I keep getting: 1. I am natural and proud, but I get the cynicism. I want to show that impressive feats are possible without going the enhanced route. I myself was a byproduct of watching other natural lifters showing it was possible. 2. I enjoy lifting and progressing. I want to hit certain numbers first and then cut down to a certain weight class before competing in powerlifting. I play for the long game and growing takes time. There are other reasons, but that’s the main one. 3. I call myself an elite lifter mainly for the title being the most effective for you to understand the concept. I do have an elite total though too :)

Definitely not true. Hypertrophy and strength are not the same things. There are many people bigger than Colin that would fail on that 180kg bench. Seeing someone jacked and instantly thinking he can do a 200kg+ bench will get you wrong most of the time. Also, someone trying not to disappoint a fellow gym member who just failed their PR is not substandard intelligence, it's being friendly.

Wtf, I did 155lbs 10x4 after just 1 month of working out when I was 22. That's not even a young man's physical prime. I was like 195lbs so I was lighter than yall too.
