No Turning Back So I tell you, every sin and blasphemy can be forgiven-except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, which will never be forgiven. -Matthew 12:31- As Christians, we know and serve a God who is forgiving. The Old Testament abounds with teachings about His forgiveness. David declared in Psalm 86, “O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive, so full of unfailing love for all who ask for your help” (verse 5 NLT). In another psalm, David reminds us, “He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases” (Psalm 103:3) Daniel 9:9 tells us, “But the Lord our God is merciful and forgiving, even though we have rebelled against him” And God described Himself this way to Moses: “The God of compassion and mercy! I am slow to anger and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness. I lavish unfailing love to a thousand generations. I forgive iniquity, rebellion, and sin” (Exodus 34:6-7) The prophet Micah, reflecting on God’s forgiveness, said, “Where is another God like you, who pardons the guilt of the remnant, overlooking the sins of his special people? You will not stay angry with your people forever, because you delight in showing unfailing love” (Micah 7:18) Even when Jesus hung on the cross, He said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing” (Luke 23:34) Again and again, we read in the Bible of the forgiveness of God. He will forgive all sin if it is confessed, no matter what it is. As Pastor John MacArthur pointed out, “There is no forgiveness of even the smallest sin unless it is confessed and repented of; but there is forgiveness of even the greatest sin if those divine conditions are met.” But according to Jesus, there is one sin that even God will not forgive. And what is this unforgivable sin? It is the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. It’s the point when there is no turning back. When people deliberately choose not to believe in Jesus Christ because they don’t want to change the way they live, ultimately it can lead them to the one sin that even God will not forgive. People don’t reject Jesus Christ for any other reason except that it’s a threat to their lifestyle. They hate the light and know their deeds will be exposed. The work of the Holy Spirit in the life of nonbelievers is to speak to them and lead them to Jesus Christ. Jesus said of the Holy Spirit, “And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the coming judgment” (John 16:8) In other words, the Holy Spirit works to bring nonbelievers to their senses, to show them their need for Jesus Christ. The work of the Holy Spirit is to bring us to a saving knowledge of Jesus. The Holy Spirit is incredibly patient and persistent. But there comes a point when the Spirit will no longer be patient, because we continue to resist Him. This leads to the ultimate, unforgivable sin: the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit..

Yes! I needed this! Former competitive power lifter as well. Had some great memories, runner up to take the Houston squat record (almost had it!) came close in rankings with women’s bench as well. Stepped away due to injuries with Deadlifting. Hardest thing is putting the powerlifting mindset on the back burner. I’m not any less stronger because I’m not competing anymore. For a while I felt useless if I wasn’t constantly pushing heavy on the big 3 lifts. Currently in the midst of a longer leaning out phase, and my goodness. I’m loving the journey, and loving seeing all my hard work revealed under a lot of fluff I had gained over the decade of lifting. Feels amazing. Aches, pains, and all. ❤

Bro sets a goal to prove himself that he can do it and does it. Thts a pure chad right here.
Many powerlifting athlet are weak in bench press but this guy is something else...
My brother, I want to transfer my body from fitness to a powerlifter. Do I have to keep the same exercise, or should I do a different exercise, and each exercise has only one set, thank you
@joshhsim
Жыл бұрын
Start training squat, bench and deadlift. Continue training your other muscle groups as well, try doing an upper/lower split (where you train bench press and upper body on one day and squat/deadlift and lower body on the other day) do more than 1 set, maybe start at 3-4 sets a week

You look so much better without the extra kilos and most certainly healthier. Nicely done!
Honestly, Dude wasn't fat. He was as strong as all of us hope to be.
6 days a week is actually nuts
Liked for KG and AoT music... and the progress ofc
I don’t think you looked fat at all. You looked great! The strongest people in the world look fat to untrained eyes, but even in those standards I think it was pretty clear you were strong, not fat. Either way tho glad you’re achieving your goals! Still looking great

Lmao I’m transitioning from a bodybuilder to a powerlifter. I used to only train for aesthetics… But the deeper I get into gyming, moving lots of weight is really fun 🔥
Nobody gonna talk about the fire aot music
Holy shit dude! You're destroying it in both endeavours bro! Inspirational
Dude went from Sig Curtis to Goku.

To me, the first 3 pictures looked the best
It's just an aesthetic.. Strength is forever

Your discipline.. few have matched it. Keep going KING!!!!!

nah now bros gonna start fighting invisible praying mantises.

Hope you smash the comp bro, good luck.
i mean power to ya man but also remember to love yourself cause you've looked great this whole time my guy. Chasing that Baki ideal is a good way to never be pleased with your physique no matter how shredded you get and you're already shredded...
Good job bro, God bless and keep going
The blonde honestly makes you look way younger too love the glow up 🩷
My (already high) respect when he mentioned Baki 📈📈📈
So going to show this vid to my son for further inspiration. He, like you, can dead-lift but he's now trying to reduce the 'tyre' around his middle.
training for strength vs training for looks, either case is inspiring I tell ya what
