What's up guys! Today's video is elite athlete jump training for explosiveness. It's a full plyometric workout for speed and power that we hit with our soccer players. The goal of this session is to improve rate of force development, improve coordination and the mind to muscle relay, increase strength of tissues, feet & ankles, etc. We also hit some velocity based training in here to measure the speed at which our athletes can move load along with the power and force being generated.
