Electric + Hydraulic = Ultimate Mini Dump Truck
www.amazon.com/shop/madeinpoland - tools and equipment we use
So far, it is the largest and most complex project we have ever done.
As you can see in the video, it is not 100% finished yet, but it is already working and driving. In the next video we will try to show you the completely finished and painted project and show you a longer test and all the functions of this vehicle.
As a drive, I used worm gear motors that come from a broken wheelchair.
Each of them has 150 watts, and thanks to the additional chain transmission, the wheels have a very high strength.
The drive wheel has 10 teeth and the take-up wheel has 43 teeth.
The chassis frame is made of high-strength materials, most of the wall thickness is 3 and 4 mm.
12V 100ah gel batteries are connected in series to give 24V
In order for the switches for driving and control to last a long time, I decided to use relays.
• Engine starter + Hydra... - Hydraulic pump build
• Hydraulic Control Valv... - Hydraulic Control Valve - Conversion

When someone can look at an ole broken down wheelchair and envision a dump wheelbarrow, that is a skill all by itself💬👍👍
Nice job guys, recycling stuff with minimal cost brilliant 👴🏻👍
Salute from the USA! I have been watching you guys since you all tore down the old building and built the new shop. I could tell that you had a passion for a place to build and create and I will have to say that you fellows produce some quality work! It looks like you are having some fun now! Good luck and stay safe, and Merry Christmas.
Man, you are not this world, you are amazing.

You did a great job building that power dumper! I hope you installed rubber grommets in the sheet metal holes to prevent the wire from chafing and shorting out on the sharp metal.
Awesome !
Taczka po tuningu ;D Dobra robota
Great ideas, great execution , great channel !! Always something original and unique !! This was a cool idea makes moving that firewood in a small space easy and that's what its all about !! 👍👍

@@krzysiu1879 yes like a tank or zero turn mower .. some old snow throwers used a drive system drive one side too turn or both too drive .. easy system no steering parts to break or be in the way ..
Love videos like these! Awesome build!
BRAVO OTTIMO lavoro 👍👍👍
Not only have you executed your design beautifully, I'll bet you have inspired a number builders as well. Thanks for sharing.
To miłe ponowne wykorzystanie części z wózka inwalidzkiego. powinien ci dobrze służyć przez wiele lat. Mam elektryczny silnik napędowy z płuczki podłogowej, z której planuję zrobić stalową piłę. jest podobny do silników kół w maszynie.
Many many years ago I helped design and build something quite similar to this, except about 6 times larger bed area and all hydraulic with a Honda 25 HP motor powering the pump. We used a Ford rear end and by the time the power got to the ground it was somewhere around 5000 ft/lbs of torque, lol. The first time we tested it, it was popping wheelies without a load in it. These videos take me back to when I was doing stuff like this for a living. I kind of miss it.
tremendous video!! great workmanship, congratulations. I see some great work coming out of Poland.
I don't know what you do outside of KZread, but your fabrication skills rock. I've seen people make stuff that looks like "ok, some dude in his back yard rednecgineered and fabricobled this thing together and it barely works. You, yours look like it was engineered to be sold. Well done.
I really appreciate how you showed soldering of the ring post terminal in the vise. Thank you, and keep up the great content!
Well done, I want to try it
Very nice accomplishment. I recommend silicone grease on electrical connections.
Żadne baterie i ładowanie z sieci. Jak na razie nie ma takich możliwości.
WOW! Yet another awesome build. I liked how you improvisedan making t he chain gear to attach drive wheel, great idea!
Brilliant design and fabrication. Well done, sir. (Genialny projekt i wykonanie. Dobra robota, sir.)
Now THAT'S a wheel barrow I can get behind! Excellent work!
Such a awesome Chanel ,always fun projects and in them creative solutions for the mechanics . Thanks mate
Sungguh karya yang luar biasa.. sukses selalu teman 👍👍
Would love to have one or two of these in the stables 😅
You are brilliant. Someone who want to make it better for other people and you don't hide how you did it. Take care
Rewelacja 😁podziwiam i zazdroszczę umiejętność.
Seems like one of the requirements was for this wheelbarrow to survive atomic explosion going off nearby x) Built like a tank!
Awesome build. 11:00 I started using this angle bar & clamps technique for the plasma over 20 years ago. I also made many different fixtures to cut circles or slots. I used a bandsaw to cut a 6mm long piece of 125mm Dia x 1.5mm wall tube & welded a tab to the outside to clamp the fixture in place. To cut a 115mm hole.
What a great little yard truck! Good job! ( seems like a 'shallow' exclamation, but you know what I mean . )
The feeling of being able to fix something and knowing it will work perfectly is addicting...
trochę to wolno jedzie . Super pomysł :)
Seu trabalho é incrível parabéns 👏👏👏👏👏
Perfekt 👌
the world needs more people like you, thank you
I like the way you made the front casters by tacking the two parts together then drilling them.
if you replace the two push buttons for forward/reverse for two electric throttles of an electric scooter or something like that, you have more and more precise control over the engine speed, also for steering

I guess you would need a reverse switch then. It does seem like the buttons he has now would be difficult to use.

I enjoy watching these people make these things, pure genius
i mean... i'd have just yoinked one of the supermarket pallet transporters and just leave stuff with the pallets. THIS thing is.. it's amazing as hell
Sweet build! I see some accessories in your future, like a snow blade!
Wonderful idea, perfectly made! You are genius, with golden hands! ! 👍👍👍
wow, this channel is like a slowmotion movie off an explosion....getting bigger and better and more beautifull the longer you watch. Great work and i see a self-aiming-solararray "made in poland" in the future for power and hot water....off course made from salvage, scrap, stock and smart purchases.....have a great 2022!
That came out pretty good. I find every time I build something it costs as much as buying one but it’s better quality. Of course I don’t have all the equipment you do so I need to purchase most parts. ✝️
Siete fenomenali!!! Bravi davvero👍👍👍
This guy has an engineers brain, forsure! Excellent execution of the design and build. Well done.
Great project. A lot of skills demonstrated here.
I really appreciate (and envy) the visionary mind of Mr MIP. Your fab skill is nothing to be sneezed at either.. great work buddy...👍👍

Sretan Bozic. You gave me an idea for a project, I have a wheelchair similar to this at my disposal. I am sure it wont be as good as yours but I will try, perhaps with a linear actuator for tipping.

Świetny film. Długo na taki czekałem. Czekam na więcej takich projektów.
Some time back I acquired a small diary book from my friend in the the South African Navy. Every page had a proverb at the bottom. There's only two that I remember. 1. Be Prepared. 2. Tact teachers you what to do. Skill teachers you how to do it. You my man have both.👏👏👏👍
Super jak zwykle fajna produkcja az kawka lepiej smakuje pozdrawiam
Another brilliant project!
Toujours un travail aussi parfait
That's the coolest thing I've ever seen. Brillitant idea. Loved the video.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
All in all that looks amazing and you obviously have great skills when it comes to building and designing machines. However, I would like to give just a small advice for your own safety. Never leave any battery terminals exposed like that. If you accidentally drop something made of conductive material on the terminals you will risk the batteries exploding. Put some thick rubber mat over them for example. Stay safe and keep doing what you do. Great work! 👍
Fantastic work, dude! Really brilliant idea! 😃 Merry Christmas! And stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
