Electric + Hydraulic = Ultimate Mini Dump Truck

www.amazon.com/shop/madeinpoland - tools and equipment we use
So far, it is the largest and most complex project we have ever done.
As you can see in the video, it is not 100% finished yet, but it is already working and driving. In the next video we will try to show you the completely finished and painted project and show you a longer test and all the functions of this vehicle.
As a drive, I used worm gear motors that come from a broken wheelchair.
Each of them has 150 watts, and thanks to the additional chain transmission, the wheels have a very high strength.
The drive wheel has 10 teeth and the take-up wheel has 43 teeth.
The chassis frame is made of high-strength materials, most of the wall thickness is 3 and 4 mm.
12V 100ah gel batteries are connected in series to give 24V
In order for the switches for driving and control to last a long time, I decided to use relays.

Many many years ago I helped design and build something quite similar to this, except about 6 times larger bed area and all hydraulic with a Honda 25 HP motor powering the pump. We used a Ford rear end and by the time the power got to the ground it was somewhere around 5000 ft/lbs of torque, lol. The first time we tested it, it was popping wheelies without a load in it. These videos take me back to when I was doing stuff like this for a living. I kind of miss it.

Żadne baterie i ładowanie z sieci. Jak na razie nie ma takich możliwości.

I used a bandsaw to cut a 6mm long piece of 125mm Dia x 1.5mm wall tube & welded a tab to the outside to clamp the fixture in place. To cut a 115mm hole.

All in all that looks amazing and you obviously have great skills when it comes to building and designing machines. However, I would like to give just a small advice for your own safety. Never leave any battery terminals exposed like that. If you accidentally drop something made of conductive material on the terminals you will risk the batteries exploding. Put some thick rubber mat over them for example. Stay safe and keep doing what you do. Great work! 👍
