Making Hydraulic & Hydrostatic Dump Truck

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

In this video we will show you how to make an interesting vehicle that will be very helpful on the farm and around the house.
You might say it was easier to use a lawn tractor and convert it, maybe it was, but we didn't have one and we had a lot of parts we wanted to use.
Parts we used:
- Hydrostatic transmission from a lawn tractor
- The main frame is made of a 70x50x3 mm channel
- The steering gear was found in a scrapyard, unfortunately I don't know what car it came from.
- Briggs & Stratton petrol engine 14 HP
- The seat is from some lawn tractor
- The footrests, sides and crate are made of 1.5 mm stainless steel
- Fuel tank from the gx200 engine
- The air conditioning compressor is probably from a Ford
- Hydraulic pump with a capacity of 10L / min
- Hydraulic cylinder with a height of 200 mm
Specifications are:
Weight approx. 250 kg
Load capacity on the trailer: approx. 400 kg
Power 14 km
Maximum speed 15 km/h
The dimensions of the box are 90 x 96 x 40 cm

These hydrostatic transmission need larger oil capacity a external filter. For heavy work. Many failed here in mountain lawn mowers. Axels can't carry much weight also. Excellent channel 👍 My grandparents from Poland Lithuania.

I agree even on relatively flat land any transaxle smaller than a Tuff torque k66 just won't last on slopes... Also most transaxles under 1inch axle shaft cannot hold much weight... Best bet is to use transaxle as a transmission with a separate load bearing axle with hubs chain driven from transaxle shafts with a 1.5:1 or 2:1 chain ratio driving the rear wheels

It doesn't help that the box stores spec 30w motor oil in the TTs (my homedepot cub's manual states 30w). TT specs 50w in their service manuals. Built in failures. Only buy the mowers from the dealers. They are made in the same factory but built to different specs for the different distributors. You want a JD, go to JD for it, not the box stores.

@@2Truth4Liberty yup I replace the K44/46/48 and smaller with the k66 as a standard procedure for all my lawn equipment once it starts slipping and I avoid the k51... Those k7x are looking pretty beefy though just hard to find for a decent price the k66 is easily rebuild able and much more durable and can be found with differential lockers all the way back to the early simplicity conquest tractors (one version with it is the 1694014 conquest) just rebuilt mine after 600hrs of hard use still operated just fine... just had the case apart already as it took 1 too many dunks in the mud and had a bad input seal from 6ft tall field grass wrapping up on the input shaft

Wouldn't it be wiser to seek/know how to avoid being here for what you've rightly said IS coming [tribulation/apocalypse]? Sadly, most reject the truth/answer when they hear it because it's inconvenient to their lifestyle. If people only knew how bad it's going to be [globally] for those who reject the answer: To be right with God; Jesus-by grace thru faith *apart from* human effort: good works, rites, ceremony [Eph 2v8-9; Gal 2v16/3v10/5v4; Rom 3v20]. *"Truth is a stubborn thing"* "For then *there will be a great tribulation,* such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will" [Matt 24 v21]

I would add a few link of chain to the side panels of bed and a hook in the bottom corners of end gate so you can hook the chains to keep the dump gate from fully opening this would allow you to dump a consistent amout of gravel dirt or wood chips for spreading it as you dumped
