Exactly. Gains are made by pushing each muscle to the limit over many reps. It's better to isolate for growth,too. When you do a bench press,you are using a collective of muscles, when you isolate,you work a muscle until it requires repair.

When newbies at the gym are worried about being judged for being weak or new, I want to show them this video and say these are the only people that we judge at the gym. And rightfully so.
Ego Lifter Checklist: - Constantly grunting loudly and dropping weights. - Tries to lift way more than they're capable of which results in them having both terrible form and RoM. - Always looks around after finishing a set to see if anyone was watching them lift. - Takes every 45 in the gym and never re-racks their plates.

Let us not mistake fat with heavy, they are similar concepts yes, but entirely different meanings.. "Lift...Fatty" would be much more apropriate
The fact they actually posted these is insane
I’m gonna prove these weights are real *rattles weight a little bit*. Seems legit

10:00 the fact the guy implied squatting 1000lbs is a "trick" clearly defines that he should not be lifting weights
@ConnorMays2004

He didn't even "squat" it. First off, he had padding, secondly, he didn't have to unrack the weight, third, he got to use his hands which is why he didn't use a bar. Because he didn't have padding, he had to unrack it which, with how he treats his back, he would fold immediately, and if he even got down, the weight would snap him bc he couldn't have his hands do half the lifting.

I mean there's nothing inherently wrong with using a Smith machine. I do sometimes because of shoulder issues but I'm not under the delusion that any weight I put up on the smith machine is worth anything. It's so easy! These dudes are fucking idiots

Ver great channel
They should make a weight lifting magazine about this. Maybe a national competition about this Gym Fails.
“And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how you squat a thousand lbs.” ... no, that’s how ya break your back doing a bs back extension instead of a squat
The guy that says he’s too strong they should invite him just to show him he ain’t nothin
I thought that first dude was going to do a proper lift lmfao. Instead he had a seizure.
The real hero. Is the smith machine!! Letting that guy feel like he’s something special, doing half reps like he’s doing something 😂
Key to being strong: Put on more weight than you can handle, half rep, bounce, and use all back

idk why people try to show off like. Lift how much you can lift. The progress is cool when. You get stronger I am a 15-year-old football player. Who worked pretty hard everyday. Hitting the weight room and stuff besides Friday seen it's off, I can deadlift 205 5 times and deadlift 255 Once. I can't really bench that much thought I just have high deadlifts because of my genetics strong back broad shoulders. Even though I wish I could brag. But compare to the people in the weight room I am like nothing. Lifting 300s deadlifts and some of the seniors squatting 400 pounds. I don't feel unmotivated because when I see them do that I say to myself "I can get that strong too"
