That exercise is not actually that good because of the increase of shoulder impingment and injury doing it on an incline while making the tricep still have a full stretch but having the elbows in front of the shoulders and not to the side is much better for full ROM.

Last lifter: on the floor, being crushed by the barbell and feet twitching. Other guy: "Max you alright?" Max: Yeah I usually just like to hit the floor like this in between sets
3:13 is actually a great way to inncrede your bench. Amazing work out as well if u incorporated static holds!

My thoughts exactly!
People don’t understand two things: 1) you don’t go so heavy to the point that your form breaks down, and; 2) you have to go heavy and light based on the muscles types you’re working on (fast twitch muscles, type 2 I believe, need higher reps; slow twitch muscle types, type 1 I believe, need lower reps)

Gabe Van Dyke other way round big fella, fast twitch fibers are responsible for explosive short bursted compound movements(1 rep max, sprinting, jumping). When training your fast twitch you’ll want to do heavy weight in the 1-3 rep range with long rest periods in between. When training slow twitch fibers you’ll want to train 8-12 rep range with shorter rest periods.
3 reps on an isolation exercise (flys)? You're on your way to greatness!

I’ve noticed a very strong weight to equipment ratio on how bad a lift is. For instance, if they’re squatting anything 405 and under with knee wraps. Watch out because your about yo see something crazy.

Fun fact the weight I bench press alone is the weight I can pick up off my body after failure without looking stupid
3:46 Great idea letting a 110lb woman spot a rep of more than 3x her body weight. Great to not even spot and just stand there with your hands behind your back. Great to not even yell for help when you can't get it off the guy's chest. Doesn't even seem phased by this guy getting his sternum crushed, surprised she didn't try to drag the barbell to crush his windpipe while she was nailing everything else!

also doesnt matter how big you are nobody is going to pull 500 pounds off your chest alone. most of the time a spotters only lifting like ten pounds when you fail a rep as long as you dont drop the bar

Seeing ppl fail lifts but are actually giving it their best effort doesn't bother me. Seeing ppl perform lifts with bad form but are trying doesn't bother me. Seeing ppl doing some...weird cardio but at least staying active doesn't bother me. Ppl hopping on a machine to do some flagrant bullshit that the machine was not intended for thus not only wasting their time but other ppl time who actually take getting a workout in seriously...used to bother me but now it doesn't cuz I miss the gym. 😭

Unless you have safeties. My gym has power racks and I use clamps without a spotter. This guy on the other hand has no reason to use clamps.

I can’t take anymore and had to stop watching. Firstly, anyone wearing gloves is definitely cause for attention….. because either they’ll end up on videos like this or they’re somewhat professional and genuinely need gloves so you can relax and secondly, why aren’t these people being banned from gyms!?
It doesn't take much for immature grown men to turn into an idiot twelve year kid at the gym. Most of that stuff is embarrassing to watch grown men behave that way.
