Delicious cake recipe 😋😋

One of the best recipes...tried this today in an oven at 200°C for 30mins...and it turned out spongy. The only alterations I did was that I added 3tbsp of powdered milk instead of 2 and I also added an extra tsp of vanilla.... Thank you and love from Fiji 🇫🇯

I made this cake for my family.....they had it and told that it was far better than cakes from bakery......but I added cow milk instead of water and add 2 tsp baking powder instead of 1 tsp baking powder and ½ tsp baking soda😊😊😊😊

If you want to try a good eggless vanilla cake, just blindly go for it!! I made some alterations like adding milk instead of water and custard powder instead of milk powder since I ran out of it. Cooked in pressure cooker. Just 15 minutes to get the batter ready if you are ready with ingredients. It was a great success among our family friends. Thanks for the recipe!

Here, I am not using any sour ingredient like curd or buttermilk or liquid ( milk). So, baking soda didn't work with the batter. If we add vinegar/lemon juice then soda become activated and help the baked cake rise.
