So it's 2023 and I stumbled on this channel. Kudos to this highly disciplined Tutor. I tried this recepie with caramel condensed milk as cupcake. Trust me!!! This is my go to cake to bake. It tasted splendid. Highly recommended. Love from UK.

Hello Ma'am. I explored your channel few days back. I wanted to try baking and THIS IS ALL what I needed. Your recipe and explanation skills are commendable. Perfect for beginners like me. Ma'am yesterday I tried this vanilla cake in convection on 180 degrees only and it came out well. Everyone loved it. But today I saw in comments that You have adviced 160 degree for convection. So I will try that very soon. I am sure it'll be more appropriate. And I will be trying the other cakes as well. THANKYOU SO MUCH MA'AM.

@@shreyapandey3122 I have pinned this recipe. Done it more than 5-6 times. It comes out perfect if u follow the measurements. I don't have a standard cake tin. Sometimes I use a round one, sometimes heart-shaped tin. But the baking time depends on the level of the batter. Usually it takes around 30 to 40 minutes for perfect baking.

I like all the innovative things that you’ve given me and have every intention of following them when I try out your recipe, i specially appreciate the fact that I have to sift the ingredients, which I haven’t been doing in all this time and kept wondering why my cakes didn’t turn out the way they did for the people who made these cakes, cookies, and now I know the reason why, because I’ve always avoided sifting the ingredients, just adding them as they were. that will change from the next time, but thank you for showing me the correct way

Hi ma'am! Today I make this vanilla cake instead of cupcakes. It came out perfect this time. Very very spongy and good in taste. Thank you so much for your guidance 😊. I have make half quantity receipe and bake at 160 for 18 mins and no break on top. Next time I will try cupcakes and keep on top rack as suggested by you. This time I was afraid so make in tin. Also have to work on whipped cream.
