    None of the ingredients in fried rice is expensive, but it's labor-intensive to make it like this. This video brings me back to when my mother used to make it---I could eat enough of her fried rice to pave a city street.

    It’s some boiled rice with burnt garlic and grease + a scrambled egg. Oh and a few small chunks of bacon. 6 dollars in any cheap diner, the only difference is that the greasy cooking iron plate is in front of you and not back in the kitchen.

    I think the first chef has the best cooking style he's smooth. not too loud, clean and most important no food was wasted the second chef is also smooth, a little bit loud, clean but waste so much. and last, the third chef is too fast, of course, it's Loud and messy but at least no food was wasted. >_

    I'm not going to lie but the 3rd chief was a little bit sloppy. Bits of rice and onions were flying about. But you dodged those bits like a true ninja warrior. So which one tasted the best? You wet my appetite with these dishes...arigatō gozaimasu

    #2 wins for me. I like that he was judicious with the egg and didn't make an omelette with rice floating in it. I like how he broke the yolk on the griddle, but didn't cook it too hard. Finally the presentation with block of fried rice cut into two and presented with the crust up -- bravo.

    A lot of comments on how egg was wasted by second chef while instead they should focus on how the third chef not only cooked like an amateur, but if you focus on the part where he cleans his tools on the cloth, he uses the middle of the cloth and you can see how incredibly filthy the cloth already is from previous wipes. Full of oil, sauce and other stuff... yuck For reference 14:59

    @@hardfugoo1 Did you miss the main point I talked about? Read it again. He cleaned his tools on a cloth which was so dirty it looked like it was not cleaned since the day before. You can easily get sick if your tools are wiped on partially cooked meat items even if it is on a cloth. Also, noone said wasting eggs was ignorable. I was just being sarcastic and pointing out another issue. You should learn to read the meaning conveyed better :)
