Effects for Violin Series - Week 18 - Modulation Effects

Музыка

Modulation effects (chorus, phaser, flanger, vibrato, tremolo, rotary speaker, and more) can be the spices that make the difference between a boring, generic tone and something a little more exciting.
Used properly, modulation effects can create separation between layers in a looping scenario or movement and motion in what might otherwise be a stagnant line of whole notes.
Also, if you’d like your violin to take up a little more space (or sound like more than one instrument), modulation effects might be just what you’re looking for.
Joining us this week is the legendary Tracy Silverman. He’s not only a world renowned electric violinist, composer, singer, and entertainer, he’s a fantastic teacher!
