Yeah for violin you almost NEED a teacher. I played without a teacher for 2 years. The posture I had physically hurt me. I’ve improved more in 5 months of lessons than 2 years without

Take care to have proper posture, playing should always be comfortable and easy. This goes maybe for all physical activity

Great question! I'd go for acoustic. I just prefer it in general tho so that's my subjective opinion. Also learning how to make an acoustic violin ring is a very important part of the Violin technique.

My friends i want to start my adventure with violin, but i don't know if i can manage to learn it without teacher, and by my personal... "Experiance" i just don't want aby teacher any "forcing" like this time on that day, and we learn something. I want to learn free, with pasion and love, with thanks to my teachers from school that made me some PTSD- like lock... I just want to learn on my own. But is it possible? Or shall i just leave it? Already learn to play ukulele on my own, but that's probobly the easiest instrument out there.

You can ask a store or something to put tape on it to label where your fingers go, this is common.
