When you steam milk, you’re essentially doing two things simultaneously: making foam by introducing air and heating the milk (Whirlpool). When you turn on your steam wand, move down the jug close to the surface following the size of your JUG( S/M/L) to let's the Air in to create the Foam.
Starting point: Start at the line of the steam tip. !! I always start at the same position in any machine to make myself very consistency.
After Move Down.. Do not move up!! You need to wait the foam rise up about 3/4 full then you can Lift Up the Jug to stop the Air and turn spinoglio as a Whirlpool. Stop at 60-65 Celsius.

Thanks for the tutorial. Do I have to switch jugs or can I use the same jug for stealing and pouring?

thirdpersonality You can use same jug, coz i pour with 420ml , so i dont want to waste my milk.. more economical

I find that when you pour your milk into a separate jug, it helps to distribute the foam and liquid underneath well. But that's just my preference.
Hi Jibbi, when you say make the whirlpool go high to low what do you mean by this?
