Great video guys. Love the step by step and the real time recap. Sweet!
this is informative! I've been trying to create a perfect thick foam and one time "accidently" done it without knowing how I did it. tried recreating it to no avail 😂😂😂
This is the best video on milk texturing on youtube by far!

@@SevenMilesCoffeeRoasters Question! Should you warm the milk before steaming it? I have been trying to get the milk warm enough to not leave the coffee luke warm and not hot enough at the end. However, this means I have to steam it too long and the texture gets a bit too thick for proper latte art. Do baristas have a constant supply of pre-warmed milk on hand or do they just use the milk straight from the fridge?
Slowly but surely I'm getting a silky textured. Thank you for this great video !!
Just started a cafe job and this is honestly one of the best videos I’ve watched explaining how to hold the cup and steamer. I keep ending up with super watery milk and I hate it. Tomorrow is one of my last training days so wish me luck.

Man, these are great videos! Thank you so much guys for putting them together to help people get their technique right! The editing is great, and the instructions are extremely well presented!
A really great video. It’s direct, to the point and so easy to understand. This may be the best video on the subject and unfortunately I have seen plenty for comparison
I've watched dozens of vids on this topic and this is the best I've found so far. Nice job.
I need more of this in my life. thank you :)
Best instructional video made on milk frothing, thanks guys. Subscribed immediately!
This is magic! It took me four weeks of daily practice with my first ever coffee machine, tons of videos about frothing watched. That all got me nowhere and left me so disappointed. I had almost no foam in my milk, it would only get hot from my steamer. All until I came across this tutorial! Every single milk I froth ever since is perfect! Who would've thought that the key to success is the SOUND of the milk. That hissing sound! Not the airplane one (that I definitely had at the start of my practice with the steamer 😅). Thank you so very much for this tutorial! 💛
This is one the best tutorial of milk frothing ive seen 😍😍😍 love it..
Excellent video that has everything one needs to know, keep up the good work!

Double, double, toil and trouble, in my milk jug, froth and bubble! Love this example and especially the practice tip at the end - water and dishwash! 😀
This is super helpful, great content!

Finally a video that makes sense!! Commenting to support y'all!
Thanks for this video! Lots of great hints and tips in 5 minutes. I like the use of clear quality gates to move onto the next step (i.e. ~ 20% foamed, sound of the milk). Clear technique to follow and to try and perfect. Most other videos are just someone blabbering on about their coffee skills and where they've worked :)
Thank you so much for the help! I recently picked up a Breville Infuser and after watching your video and practicing the technique a few times on soap and water, I’ve made my milk perfect for latte art. Now to work on the art technique itself… 😁
What a clean video! Sound and video quality was amazing
thats an amazing practice tip! i'll definitely be trying that thank you :)
Great explanation and editing!
so nice to find such an expert team that happens to be a few blocks from home!!

Omg after 1000 tutorials and attempts of trying doing the right foam I finally managed it after the first try with this video. I really can't believe it. One tip if your milk gets hot too fast: hold your cup and Steamer like shown in the video and then start by touching the milks surface with only the tip of your Steamer while it's already on. Do that while the milk gets hotter and only in the end put in the tip a little more to get that soft, shiny foam. The texture you get with this technique is insane!
Just the clip of the coffee pouring at the start made me cry 😭😍

How many minutes maximum should I take before pouring my milk to the expresso?
Many thanks! Great explanations
Excellent! Thanks 🙏🏼
Thank you, really useful!
Best tutorial
When you said ‘it’s probably not you… pick a different brand’ I could relate to that. I had an issue with the latte bubbling up after a minute or so. I changed to a different brand and it fixed the issue.
This is fantastic video,thanx🌹
Super useful! Thanks
