Yes i agree with you but her advice is really good, very easy and simple. 😁😁😁
I’ve seen zillions of videos about milksteaming. But you show the right finishing touch: not tilting but rotating on the axis. And it works. Thanks a lot!
Best video on milk frothing hands down. Thank you for your generous sharing of your knowledge!
The techniques are well explained. Really appreciated the diagrams and graphics.
The best video about steaming I've seen! Thanks
Está debe ser la mejor explicación a todas mis dudas. Gracias por compartir tu conocimiento. Voy a trabajar duro para mejorar en mi trabajo.
Thank you for the insightful information, I have been having problems lately to create the perfect steamed milk for latte art each time for my latte's and cappuccinos. Hopefully the angling that I've learnt in aims of producing the different types of foam will help me as well as the technique of mixing coffee and milk simultaenously in reaching a larger customer base and a successful coffee business :D
By far the best video I have ever seen about steaming milk. Thanks
This was very clear and newby (me😁) friendly. I had to try this right away and I have to say I had better results than before. Hopefully I'll master it soon and can then learn some simple latte art.
This is one of best videos I've seen on steaming techniques!
Really u r my best teacher till now thanks from 🇦🇪 UAE
Probly the best barista video I've seen, camera angles are insanely helpful and then diagrams shown big, appreciate it 👍👍
Very precise teaching.
Thank for the tips. It helps solving my problems.
I have been using my delonghi machine for almost 4 years now and now i finalky got it because of your advice. I followed your advice on the angle and how deep the nozzle of my frother should be and after 10 to 15 secs and aligning the angle of the mug i eventually got a perfect frothed milk. Thabks a lot! 👌🤗👏👏👏
Loved the cat sneaking up to the machine at the start. Thanks for the technique!

This is the best milk streaming video I've ever seen. THANK YOU! I always seem to add too much air to the foam. I will try your method. Oh also, I love your kitten. 😍
You got me subscribed to your channel. Thanks for sharing your techniques
thank you because you are not stingy in sharing your knowledge for beginner baristas :-}:‑)
You’re amazing !
Great advise
Well explained! I will try again. Wish me luck ❤❤❤

Thank you so much Maam'Jibbi for the technique how to steam nice and silky microfoam🙏 God bless
Nice video!👍🏻
Thanks for sharing 🙌🙌🙌
Thanks for the informative video
For anyone using Philip 4300 the steam wand does prop out towards you see 4:36 and she press back at 4:36 3:57 gives you clear pic on what I’m talking about see she moves the wand towards her. Philips 4300 doesn’t do that. So you have to lift the wand to the left and pretend you are standing directly in front of the wand and angle your pitcher like in the video.
Perfect ❤️❤️❤️
Really nice video it was so well explained
Am learning milk steaming thnx am going to try
Love your cat, so cute
Holy moly that is fast - my machine (Breville) takes like 30-60 seconds to steam milk and you turn the wand on and like 6-10 seconds you’re done! Super video - I’m having trouble with my milk either just disappearing beneath the surface or sitting in a blob on top that doesn’t move. I think my positioning may be off and I’m getting too much air. Great tips - thank you!

Perfect explanation spl
great video!!
Cheer up for you from Thailand.
Thank you for sharing 👍
Thank you very useful
Glad to your define video
Nice explain ❤❤❤❤
the cat!
nice video❤️
Wow nice video
Hallelujah! Finally the perfect explanation found how to do it in detail. Many thanks 🙏🏼 What I am doing wrong if it is directly becoming white when starting to combine the coffee with the milk?

I think you are pouring to close in the beginning. You need a little more hight, so the milk will go under the crema first.

@@80Entreri Makes sense. I will try it out 👍🏼
what is cup size you using for cappucino and latte? 150ml for cappucino and 250ml for latte? Or bigger cups? Or 200ml for both?
Can this be done with an electric handheld wand?
me gusta tu jarra, que marca es ?
Holy shit this milk was PERFECT
The key is clearly to have a little kitty cat helper !
holy shit that steaming power
How does height affect in steaming
Where is the milk jug from?
You are absolutely amazing! Just drop dead gorgeous too! Jeez if I’ve never seen a more beautiful women! God bless whoever made you!
How many oz or ml is the cup? How much oz / ml is the coffee? How many g of coffee ground?
great video. did i miss the kind of milk you recommend (fat content). thanks
Hmmm this doesn’t seem like it will work with shorter steam wands. If I tilt back like you do it puts the wand in a very different area. I am going to modify this for my short wand and I hope to eat my own words :D this was very helpful to watch and I hope I can apply your knowledge because I am something like 0 for 6 after watching hours of KZread trying to find out what I’m doing wrong. I’m coming from a nanofoamer that I have gotten very good with

Is it important to go up to 3/4 full and discard some foam? I'd assume you could just add less foam
Hi, thanks for the video. I have a question: you steam the milk really shortly. Do you start with cold milk or RT milk?
@Jibbilittle

Cold is best , if you have less steam Pressure you may take a longer time

@@Jibbilittle Great, thanks!
What if i steam milk for latte and for cappuccino in the same jug
her steamer is so fast. mine takes like 20-30 seconds. thought this would be a good thing as i would have more time to perfect the technique and correct mistakes but instead i am struggling since my machine behaves very different..
Hi jibbi little. when doing for 8oz in a 600ml jug, how much milk should i put in and do i still stop foaming at 3 quarter full? Most of the pitchers in my cafe is 600ml. Alao how about the steaming for alternative milks?
@Jibbilittle
2 жыл бұрын
Always half of the jug , try to use 420ml milk jug so it will fit at half and easy to pour
Nice, but how much for the cat?
How about low pressure steam, i work with low pressure steam, around 0.7 bar, how to make silky-smooth microfoam, because cannt make fast vortex

I have an extra serving of hairball with my flat white please

I want to drink this golden espresso without milk
I'm getting nicely textured milk but bubbles appear after pouring and the coffee has been sitting for a minute or two. Any idea why this is happening?

Is the cat learning to make to steam milk?
I like the part where she steams the milk and stuff.
Now I know what is 3/4 😅

Look at 8.07min.. at caption
Discarding the milk for a flat white is so wasteful tho
And the cat ?
Just as most other people on the planet, I only have access to UHT milk. The stuff won't steam well, whatever technique you use. Micro foam? Forget it.

Steaming with my 🐱
Did anyone see the bloody 🐱 CAT licking the wand
Sorry but this positions and angles doesnt have anything to do with the foam. It's simply how much air you put inside and for that actually the most easiest position is your A wehere you have the best control.
@Jibbilittle

I share my technique to others for free if it helps someone i am happy , for me it work and the angle has effect as the air will get in more or less. so respect others as everyone does differently experience

@@Jibbilittle No disrespect and your latte art looks great. I just think you are overcomplicating. Simpler would be - put the steam wand near the top, release the steam, after the milk raises around 20% stop injecting air and keep the milk circling until your pitcher is hot to the touch. Keep up good work (y)

Cat on the work surface - 🤮
am I dreaming or do you really have a cat near your coffee machine? What a horrible and unhealthy thing to see.
