EASY INKOMANZI/SOUR MILK SCONES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
4 cups of cake flour/ all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups of inkomanzi / sour milk
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup bicarbonate of soda
1/4 cup of fresh milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
200 grams butter
DIRECTIONS
Add your ingredients to make a butter
Cover up your bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours
After removing it roll it on a clean surface sprinkled with flour
Then cut out circular potions and place them on a greased baking tray
Brush the top with egg wash
Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes then increase the heat to 200 degrees
Bake until golden brown
Remove from the oven and enjoy tea or juice.

Yes I used stock for baking
1/2 cup salt and 1/2 cup bicarbonate!!! No ega in the ingredients list!!!

Sorry to point out to you but this would never be tasty due to the mistake in ingredients, please fix these: 1/2 cup salt 1/2 cup bicarbonate of soda
