@DorothyGambura Chilling the fat content l, you will get a better rise and shape (softer texture). But its also not a trainsmash if you used cold ingredients

Nice recipe. You can separate those measuring cups for easy usage and cleaning. You can always clip them together for storage

Nice and fluffy. Just love your way. Exactly my way. Using knife to remove scones, flour direct from pack, wiping with dish towel, no brush for eggs. I just love❤
