With the biscuits you can choose... If you live them to cool completely on the rack they will be crunchy, if you put them in the container when still hot or warm they will be chewy

How many biscuits did you make out of this batch?

Do you put the mixture in the fridge after mixing? and if so for how long?

If you have a cookie cuter like ginger bread man it should work... I will also try work out a recipe and make it specially into a ginger bread texture, but I will need to get the cookie cutter for it
