This has been the best flan recipe I’ve ever followed. Some are bitter, some are too sweet.. I cooked it for about 1 hr, let it cool for like 30 minutes, & unsticked the edge, & yes it’ll be a bit wet on top “giggly” but put in fridge all night & It’ll be better & won’t break off! Wow! It’s So good, thank you so much! My family loved it & so did my boyfriend!! It’s not too sweet, and it’s so good o my 😍!! I’ll be back Saturday haha !

I’m making this right now I hope it turns out good.. Update: So I made this and omg it was delicious just make sure to leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours. I ate mine warm then had a piece the next morning and was ten times better

Looks delicious. I made creme brûlée but never tried flan before because I don’t drink milk. I will try your recipe but substitute milk with coconut milk and see how it turns out

Made this, but instead of milk I used evaporated milk and instead of sugar I used sweetened condensed milk. Thanks to you I finally made it and it was delicious!!!!!! Easiest recipe I found and it was so simple and delicious!!!! 10 out of 10!!!

Sorry that i could not reply to your message earlier..If you are planning to bake in one big bowl,The baking temperature will be the same but we need to bake for a little longer, depending on the size of the bowl.All the best for making wonderful flan.
