I really like the fact all your dough recipes I've seen and tried (so far) are kneaded by hand. All have turned out great. I've never owned a stand mixer capable of kneading dough (and never really missed it) - so it's nice to see how it can be done without one. I know many people prefer using a mixer, for various reasons - but I find there is something satisfying about kneading dough by hand. Thanks!

I made this yesterday for the family......must say that Lemon frosting is a winner! Surprisingly delectable balance of the lemon flavour with the sweet of the condensed milk and a perfect complement to the rolls. We (yes, the kids too) loved it! This one's a keeper!!! Thank you!

Thank you so much for the recipe my sister who is very picky on food, rather it was cooking, baking or grilling she had a unique way of choosing what she eats and like. I tested out your recipe today for the first fime and it was a success. My sister stated "this is the cinnomon roll texture and flavor she has been searching for" she explain she ate a similar rolls in the past 20 plus years ago in the island, but since the couple who use to bake and sells their pastries have relocate, they took the best pastries with them as well and she stated she could never seem to find anyone who can bake the same texture and same flavor even if she requested the result, she stated it was a dissappointment to her. Until today I took her challenge and recreate your recipe. My sister said "the texture is soft and fluffy, the taste is buttery but not overly buttery and soft as well". Thank you God bless.

The condensed milk icing is brilliant. This recipe will be helpful for those who don't like cream cheese. Some are probably wondering who wouldn't? What? Watching your hands as you knead the dough has been so helpful to me as I have had trouble doing that. You are a great teacher and I love your channel ❤️.

I was so afraid to try one of her recipes that has us kneading the dough but when I actually tried it I surprised myself. It wasn't as scary or hard to do. I love watching her knead the dough though. It's like perfection...

Really a great recipe. I just love the way your dough comes out and the lemon frosting is a nice switch. I like maple flavored frosting on cinnamon buns.

Have done this recipe a couple of times for the family and they love it.

I am making these now. But I am adding a delicious Apple and 1/2 cup of golden raisins sauteed in 2 tbsp of water, a pat of butter and 1 tsp of rum extract. I am going to add that to my butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Can't wait!

2 new ways i learned from you:....you mixed the butter, sugar n cinnamon and spread this....the other one is using condense n lemon as topping...these can help to have a better soft and perfect cinnamon roll im sure..i'm getting started now..thanks a lot....im from philippines
