The famous melt-in-the-mouth rolls. Classic American cinnamon rolls. Cinnamon Rolls

Friends, today I decided to cook the famous melt-in-the-mouth classic American Cinnamon Rolls cinnabons.
It's very tasty and beautiful!
Recipe and cooking method:
250 ml warm milk.
2.5 teaspoons (8 g) dry yeast.
70 grams of sugar.
Mix and leave on for 5-10 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
80g melted butter.
2 eggs.
Sift 525 g flour through a sieve.
Mix well.
Gradually add flour.
Knead the dough in a bowl.
It is very important to add flour while constantly stirring the dough.
Dust the table well with flour.
Knead the dough on the table.
The dough should be smooth and very soft.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
Mix in 1 tbsp cane sugar.
Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Mix well.
The dough has risen well.
Put the dough on the table.
Repeat after me.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
The dough should be 50/30 cm.
Brush the dough with melted butter.
60 g soft butter.
Sprinkle the dough with cinnamon sugar.
Roll the teto into a roll.
Repeat after me.
Cut the dough into 15-16 pieces.
Repeat after me.
Place the buns on a greased baking sheet.
Cover with cling film and set in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
Mix 140 g cream quark (Almette, Hochland, Violette).
Add 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar.
Gradually add a few tablespoons of milk.
Mix well with a mixer.
While our rolls are hot, grease them with creamy mass.
Just look how beautiful it is!

    These are delicious. A little tip - mix the cinnamon sugar with the butter and then spread over the dough. It will be easier to roll and will give you clearer swirls.

    Best cinnamon rolls ever!!! ❤ I made these and it's soft, light and fluffy. I let dough rest for 1hour and after it's rolled, cut and placed in pan I allow the buns to rest covered for another 2hrs. This makes it super light and fluffy. Bake and I then glaze it with cream cheese frosting

    Great recipes! I have only baked with sourdough starters for 12 years but you have tempted me back twice now to use dried yeast! I cut my cinnebun dough roll with dental floss or string to cut concentrically. Keep up the fantastic recipes. Home baker, Isle of Wight, England.

    I tried the recipe and its just AMAZING!! Only one think is that is more then 1tbsp of sugar what is showing on video, its at lest 3-4 spoons because otherwise its not enough for the dough. Anyway again I will say the taste on the end its AMAZING! Thanks for sharing it with us :)) looking forward to try more of your recipes!

    @@user-ge8cy2in3i использовала обычный сахар. Брала 3 ст ложки+ 1 ст ложку корицы без горки. Пекла дважды по этому рецепту. Первая партия мне показалась недостаточно коричная, вкуса не хватило. И я добавила больше. Если смесь закончится можно ещё сделать. На булочках не отразилось. Они все равно получились пышные и нежные. П. С. Во второй раз к корице добавила ещё 100 грамм изюма

    @@eslien1 I added more to be honest , I love sweet , I added about 2 or 2and a half spoons , when I put the cinnamon and brown sugar on it I add a lot of sugar so it kinda caramels with the cinnamon and butter , if you want my tip when it’s ready and not so warm put sugar syrup on top … it’s just so good!

    The cinnamon sugar part of the recipe is wrong. There is no way 1 T of sugar + 2 t of cinnamon is going to cover the entire rolled out piece of dough. You can see this is true when the video shows a BOWLFUL of cinnamon sugar being applied to the dough. The customary ratio of sugar to cinnamon is 4:1. So go ahead and mix 1 cup of sugar with 1/4 cup of cinnamon and you should have more than enough to cover the dough. You can mix a larger quantity of cinnamon sugar and keep it in a tightly closed jar for months. The rest of the recipe is spot on.

    Just for clarification, at 3:16 you state a tablespoon of cane sugar, but you pour a glass full into the bowl. Is that supposed to be a cup? because a tablespoon seems very little. Thank you.

    Hi Thomas. You have a very valid point. There is no way there could only be one tablespoon of sugar. It probably is a cup. Because.most of the comments were done in another language I think English is not their first language. When you put the cinnamon-sugar on the dough you need much more than a tablespoon.

    @@adminteam9375 your viewers are working with Fahrenheit, not Celsius. So your 180 C would be 350 F, and I agree with the comments that 2 TBl Spoons of sugar is not enough for the filling!

    Hi. I have to say, if we baked like you all the time, I would be 300 kilos. Thanks for sharing your recipes and making it look so easy. My mom used to make pecan rolls that were a lot like these Cinnamon rolls but she put butter maple syrup & pecans in the pan & set the rolls on top & bake. Turn upside down after cooling a bit & wala. The best rolls ever. Thanks again

    EXCELLENT VIDEO I have been making (American) Cinnamon Rolls for over 50 Years and THIS video is Exactly how I do it too... Thank You so much for keeping this alive... (Using your fingers to spread the butter on the dough ... only adds a little bit more love). I do the same thing...

    How much is the sugar in the cinnamon sugar mix - looks more like 1 cup than 1 tablespoon as stated in the recipe. Pls advise! Thank you 😊

    I wish Germany had regular brown sugar instead of the Rohzucker. Brown sugar is finer, softer, and has a very different, lovely taste. You can make your own by mixing molasses with white sugar, but the smell is a bit stronger from the store-bought version. Also, it's not necessary to sift the flour. It takes up too much time as well. Your cinnamon rolls will still come out perfectly fluffy and soft without sifting. Lastly, use unflavored dental floss to neatly cut the rolls. With a knife, you squish down the rolls a bit. Either way, they'll still taste yummy! Thanks for your video.

    Hello !! I just have a question! 1 tablespoon of sugar wasn't enough for my dough ! I had to add 1/2 cup to cover all dough ! Thanks for the recipe it is delicious!❤

    Pero aún así le quedó perfecto. Aunque yo se que se pone una pizca de sal a la harina y ya después se mezcla todo. Pero de verdad se ve espectacular este resultado 😋
