I'vewatched chiropractic content for around 15 years. I hate the new trend of scantily clad models getting adjustments. It's such a cheap ploy. Thanks for putting out good content, Dr. Russ.

I enjoy your videos specifically because they are realistic and not the standard click-bait chiro videos. It also is a relief you put your clients first, and do not subject them to crazy pops just to get views. That perspective shows you care about your clients well being and the profession ❤

All of the things that you highlighted that you aren’t going to do in your videos are the reason why I look forward to your videos! It’s refreshing to see the level of care and attentiveness you give each patient, instead of seeing how little clothing they can wear whilst attempting to “Y strap” their head to oblivion!! Keep up the fantastic work doc!! 💪🏻

It's great to know what standard you'll stick to with these videos, chiropractic is interesting enough without needing to resort to clickbait. I would love to see some sort of collaboration, maybe just a conversation, between you and Dr Rahim - the two of you seem to have different approaches to chiropractic, but in every video either of you do it's very clear that you're 100% focussed on what the patient needs and figuring out how to help them rather than just cracking absolutely everything. I think it'd be interesting to hear you two discuss your different approaches.

I like your channel because it seems much more down to Earth and realistic than those other channels. No loud crunches or pops from jarring and intense adjustments. Much more gentle, soothing, and nurturing.

A full body trigger point work would be awesome. But really, anything that involves you making a person feel better by addressing the actual issue like you do is enough for me! I wish you were in Boston.

What brought me to my first Chiro more than 20 years ago was a displaced rib and unfortunately it plagues me from time to time (usually as a result of my own doing), so if you think a YT short or a video can be made about that particular issue, I'm here for it.

Never really comment on these kind of things, however, I was plagued with PF for about 6 months. Tried everything to no avail. I kept shifting up the kinetic chain and finally found the fix from my lower back. Worked on that for literally a week and the pain had vanished. It’s as if it had pulled everything into place and took the pressure off the foot.

I also love these videos. I watch them as soon as I see that they're posted and I appreciate you not using scantily clad models and the aggressive cracking. The y-strap that everyone uses looks deadly to me. Can an insole be used to reverse an issue in a foot?

The appeal of your videos lies in their adherence to realism, a departure from the commonplace click-bait characteristic of many ASMR videos are. Furthermore, the presence of authentic, utilitarian feet-devoid of the unrealistic glamour often associated with foot modeling-further reinforces the authenticity and practicality of your practice, resonating with individuals whose feet endure substantial walking demands.
