I have GOT to come visit Portland and see you. Been dealing with shoulder problems for over a decade due to time in the Marines and my work in the oilfield.
Glad you made this. I've had right shoulder pain for quite some time, though seemingly not as bad today as in past days, but I will ask my Chiro to please give it a look/feel over.

I get a dead arm when I throw something like a baseball/football after like 10 times. I can’t lift my arm because of it do you know what part of the shoulder would most likely cause this?

Well I can't advise you but this does sound like a rotator cuff issue or possibly a labrum tear. I hope you get it checked out soon.
I shattered my radial head and have a titanium implant -also have frozen shoulder. I have some questions and can email the OR report. Would like to speak to your administration about insurance between Canada and US (international coverage)
