​@@Jman417I have always done the milk and bread. I think that's why he puts the cream cheese and sour cream in to replace that. I get what he's doing. He really doesn't need the bread and milk though not with those ingredients ingredients

Man ..... Another awesome dish to attempt. What is always present in your videos is the simplicity of the overall preparation. Cooking has always been full of anxiety for me. I LOVE to eat but am always fearful of something not turning out right. Your mix of humor with the lack of complexity in your cooking process gives me hope to make something without being disappointed with the end result. Your prep and presentation are stellar sir. The Food Network needs to quit playing and give you your own show you ate a NATURAL! Be Blessed Bro!

Always like your take on a dish. Your ingredients are first rate. I switched the tomato sauce for mashed San Marzano tomatoes to kick it up but your meatballs were flawless.

Question...maybe a dumb one, you said you could freeze the meatballs, raw or cooked first? Love your channel have made several of your dishes and all turned out super awesome. My only gripe is writing all the recipes down. wish there was a printed version. If I knew all recipes you share on KZread were in your cookbook I would purchase it. I hesitate because I've been cooking for about 50 years now and have WAY TO MANY cookbooks most I don't even look at anymore. TFS you're an awesome chef!

Good Recipe! Similar to the one my grandma used. She would actually finish meatballs in oven and added basil.

I usually use heavy whipping cream to reduce the acidity of the sauce, gives it a nice orange color too. But this looks amazing !

So I posted about a week ago, that while I wasn't big on spaghetti and meatballs, I would try this recipe using a different pasta. But I made this last night using spaghetti as I needed to know what the meat and sauce would taste like (no red pepper flakes). I will be using the recipe to make lasagna and penne pasta, but we NOW will also have spaghetti and meatballs periodically -- this recipe did not dissappoint!!! 😉😎🥂

As a long time cook myself I have tried many of this man’s recipes and they are on point. One word I can come up with is……. Money

I love mixing corn starch into the beef it gives it a very glossy and silky after product

I don’t know why but that big piece of onion was driving me nuts! Great vid as always!
