Preparation and ingredients:
800-900 grams of minced meat.
Salt.
Pepper.
Garlic.
Paprika.
Any spices.
1 onion head.
A bunch of parsley.
1 egg.
1 tablespoon of flour.
20 grams of butter.
onions.
1 carrot.
potatoes
1/2 peppers.
1 tomato.
300-400 grams of green beans.
tomato paste.
Herbs of Provence.

I just put the video on double speed and it was fine. Basically it's just hamburger with goulash. Nothing special.

They believe they will find joy in fast cars, money and having financial security when the true joy in life comes from small, every day acts of kindness, inner peace and finding the joy in the smallest things. I was like this in my 20’s, so I would know what goes on in their minds.
