Dad started seeing double before Church one Sunday last summer. Took him to the emergency room, and he was having a stroke. He came through OK and is on medicine now. Will be 89 this year.

2 people I know told me within the last few months that they felt signs days before their stroke. Both said, they were getting clumsy and running into walls at home, dropping things, and both said they didn't know why that was happening. Talked to them separately and they don't know each other.

I had a stroke a year ago. I had no symptoms. I don't drink booze or eat junk food. I used to smoke a bit but gave that up four years ago. I just fell down one afternoon. Sometimes there are no specific reasons, sh*t just happens. The best advice I can give is to get a blood pressure machine, and use it regularly. They are not expensive, and it takes about a minute a day.

Did he say if you’re obese then you obviously have an unhealthy diet? Heck, no I used to be obese. I had an extremely healthy diet genetics does factor in!!!! it took a lot for me to lose that weight it took a long time and I lost over 150 pounds 18 years ago and kept it off! But I’m telling you nobody ate more fruits and vegetables than I did when I was obese! My diet wasn’t perfect. I was a couch, potato, hereditary played a factor stress played a factor….. just saying, maybe I’m an oddity, but that’s the truth

My brother was healthy and an athlete all his life, lean, didn't smoke, didn't drink and he got a stroke dying two days later. Same with a couple of my friends and coworkers. No one had risks. If anything those who have risks live longer then those who don't is what I noticed.

Really that's not completely true. Heathy foods keep you out of the Drs offices and off the expensive drugs and out of the hospital's. And as you age you have a hole lot better life. It's a investment in your life.

Use Aldi if you have one close. Their produce is much lower than other places. For example, our local Reisbecks has pineapple for $3.99 on sale this week. Aldi has it on sale for $1.49.

I had something happen to me that was very weird the other day after the dog knocked me down to the ground. I landed on my hip and my shoulder at the same time and my left leg went up over my right leg and it kind of pulled my groin a little bit not to mention it gave me a nice hit to my hip with a great bruise and the shoulder hurt for days. I opened my eyes and I saw all black and then I saw a orange round circle almost like a flame with my brain encased in a light pinkish purple type of liquid and as I looked at it I could see my brain shifting inside slowly, I close my eyes and opened up again and saw the same thing. Open my eyes for the third time and I was able to focus. Then I'm thinking what the hell just happened to me.

In these challenging days when finding and affording a doctor is more and more difficult, its imperative that we all take our health serious. Yes we all want to extract as much pleasure from life as we can, but junk food, smoking, booze and no exercise will lead you down the path to an assortment of ailments. Why you are young your body can compensate, but as we age our system is prone to malfunction, so you must do everything in your power to help your body, rather than hurt your body.

This condition has challenged his balance, coordination, and speech. Despite these obstacles, Bob's resilience shines through. What ARE the early signs of a stroke? Signs are not the same as risk factors. So your title is a bit of "click bait!"

So... what ARE the EARLY SIGNS you don't want to ignore??? This video is min-named- it tells NOTHING at ALL about early signs you don't want to ignore. It is ALL about risk factors and THAT IS ALL. I love ya, Bob and Brad - but I am very disappointed because I watched this whole thing hoping that you'd get to what was promised and not one single word... :(
