You guys are such sweet angels for providing all this free content. There are so many ppl who can’t afford to see a physio and it’s so wonderful to provide them access to some basic treatment/pain relief this way. And for many of us life is so busy and it’s awesome to be able to try some simple fixes before booking a physio appointment. I appreciate you guys so much I am a huge fan!!!

I have had hand OA since my mid 30’s. Thanks for a few new exercises. I function very well despite deformed fingers. One thing I would add is don’t give up all your hobbies. Adapt how you do them. I took up classical guitar. If a song is toi much of a finger twister I pick a different one. I still crochet but not with lace yarn and for less time at one sitting.

I noticed recently that I've been sitting for the past two years in a recliner instead of sitting on the floor. Now I can't get up from the floor due to weakness all over, including my arms and wrists as well as hip flexors and core muscles. I didn't realize what a mess my body has become (no weight change though). I'm afraid I'm going to break something while trying to strengthen up. Thanks for being here. Youse guys are so helpful!

Slowlikehoney Too I want to thank you for your information. You've given me a diagnostic title for what I have and I was able to look it up and see photos confirming it. There are 24 exercises to start with and perhaps I can get some relief from this painful condition. Have you been treated by an MD and had PT for it. The only thing that I would have trouble with is the three day splint. How do you live without your dominant thumb? I agree wholeheartedly, this does suck! Thanks again and I hope you can find some relief and please share it. Here's one Tendon Sheath Inflammation (Tenosynovitis) Medically reviewed by William Morrison, MD on December 18, 2017 - Written by Darla Burke There are more video exercises but I can't copy it except in still photos, harder to follow, but an option I wouldn't have without your reply. ♥️

The wrestling move "The Claw" or "The Iron Claw" was made famous by old school wrestlers like Baron Von Raschke, Killer Kowalski, Blackjack Mulligan, and Fritz Von Erich and the Von Erich Family. In the newer era, the moved was dubbed "The Vice Grip". But most people still refer to it as The Claw.

I like the videos they post, I do challenge the idea of older people needing more grip strength though. Grip strength prevents a great deal of falls in the older population. So the videos are helping them as well.

Hi, bob and brad I have been watching your video lately and I will say both of you are really doing great job with the tips on how to exercise all joint and muscles….. In my case after a broken arm surgery I was on cast for 3month and right now I can’t move ether my wrist , fingers and elbow. My wrist face downwards it won’t elevate, my elbow I can’t fold or twist my plam around while my fingers can’t from a fist please what is the best solution and in addition the pain is unbearable when ever the physiotherapists come around..

I'm 58 with lots of pain in my fingers, wrists, elbows. I recently took up guitar and the pain got really bad, enough that I had to stop. I'm not ready to give up on guitar so I started doing some of these exercises and eliminated sugar from my diet. I've noticed some improvement, but not enough to go back to guitar. What else can I try? Pain is most pronounced in my left wrist which is my fretting hand.

I agree with one of your viewers that the thumb and pad area need to be addressed as well. The pain in my hands my thumb the pad the forearms are getting worse with all this cleaning since I've been home during this pandemic. If I wring a mop dry, I am in excruciating pain the next day. I am using muscles and doing different things than I normally was used to doing. I've been in an office all my life.

Snowballs Barrios These guys don’t make that kind of content, they mostly focus on musculoskeletal conditions. If there is any specific physiotherapy you should do after Covid-19 it probably has to do with breathing exercises and conditioning. You should find a source from a hospital where physiotherapists have worked with patients that are recovering.
