Me too, but my love is Don Henley. I'm in some great Don Henley and Eagle fan groups. I'm sure there's a Glenn fan club. His son is a great substitute for Glenn. But we all remember Glenn. I think you'd like some of them.

Felder, Felder, Felder. Can watch and listen to him all day.
Always my best band to listen to. Never get tired of listening to them.
That version of “Hotel California “ gives me shivers down my spine , AWESOME ! 👍
hard to believe the acoustic guitar version as good as the good old electric version 20 years earlier...this is the all time guitar singing band
I look at this concert today and I say they were having the time of there lives! Glen was looking healthy and sounding awesome! Meanwhile he was still fighting an illness that he didn't let show during concerts! He was very strong through his fight and I wish he never had the illness! Boy I miss him! :(
stumbled into 3rd row center stage floors for this tour in Toronto at 28 ... most amazing show Ive ever seen ,Exhibition Stadium (open football stadium) had the worst acoustics but it sounded like a studio album wildest thing was the average age of the crowd was somewhere between 5 & 80 the tickets in 1994 were $140 ... money well spent 🤩
I could listen to Eagles music 24 hrs day
I sit here, on the 30th anniversary of night 2, listening and loving the Eagles. They are my great musical love.

This is true rock talent at its best. The acoustic version of Hotel California is brilliantly arranged.
Don Henley is a fkuin genius and went on to do many more great songs on his own albums . RIP Don F
Greed sinks every ship that floats. Frey and Henley should have given Felder what he rightly deserved. Felder was Hotel California, Henley and Frey just polished it a might.
Don Felder what a talent .......
Don Felder... had the most musical talent on that stage bar none. A real genius.

Not to mention, Joe Walsh was fresh out of recovery. They sounded great. You can call them sellouts and pop slaves, but they dragged rock into country and just had a really good sound. Good music is good music. The internal wars and their spats all fades away when they put the show on. Smokin Joe on "Pretty maids all in a row" is one of my favorites. HE really came back. God bless you Joe.

The acoustic Hotel California is the slickest career maneuver in the history of rock and roll. Of course aided by the fact that every single musician is a force. Together, magic.
Oh the memories of this music and those days.Bittersweet!!!! Great concert,love everything about it!
Seems to me, Felder always received the short end of the stick. However, time seems to have been the kindest to him. Perhaps he has received the 'last laugh' in this life.

Thanks for posting. Hard to believe it's been 30 years. We'll see how long this stays up before Eagles Inc takes it down.
That fast little thing Don Felder does at the beginning of hotel California gets a polite reaction, but would have made the crowd go absolutely crazy if that had been Joe Walsh. I like Joe Walsh but I never quite got why people go so nuts over him when you got a guy like Don Felder who is just as good in my opinion

Too much talent in one stage ❤
Ive been a huge fan since I guess when i first heard Best of my Love in the 70's. I never paid much attention to the ongoing gossip about the feuds they had amongst them. Until now. After watching interviews and concert video from different eras, and now half way through Don Felders book, ive come to a simple basic conclusion... at the root of their constant squabbles all started the minute Frey met Felder. Frey wanted to be Felder. Don Felder was the quintessential rock god who was totally playing because he loved it. He had an uncanny resume of people he grew up with - learning and playing with. He had a family at home. And most of all, he was better looking than Frey. Thats it. Freys ego. (RIP GF and BM)
It's wednesday evening.........almost past midnight and I've seen and heard this many times but still I am moved to tears to see how much love and warmth is spread from their music and voices! I thank the universe to have given us this wonderful music

I have not seen Heart of the Matter from this show before. Wow !
one of my favorite eagles songs has always been bittercreek.
I grew up listening to the Eagles, And Now I'm actually friends with one
Saw them once at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Later I found here on Yt a BBC registration of a 1973 concert that started just as I remembered: four Eagles sitting besides eachother. Of course Henley and Frey, the other two Bernie Leadon and Randy Meisner. Cannot find it anymore but than there is a site selling DVDs and there you can see about the same concert.
71 years sure passed fast, a few things I would have changed for sure. I’m glad the bills have been paid, you know?
I know Henley is an asshole, but Lord do I love hearing these Brothers play together!
No que ba me acuesto oyendo los y me levanto oyendo los cantan muy muy bonito saludos desde Tecate bajá California Norte México ❤🎉
but with out Randy Meisner there is a big hole missing there. he was the best and one of 3 founders of Eagles .they treated him like crap so he went on his own .SAD .you see they skipped Take it to limit one more time coz no one can do it like Randy .best song they ever made.
Hell's been Freezing Over for the past 20 years. Any day now, the New Ice Age will be among us. Look, I've loved The Eagles all their life and I guess as long as they keep selling out arenas, why not keep going but for God's sake, if you're going to keep playing forever the least you can do is drop the ticket price to a figure that doesn't require a person to take out a third mortgage or a bank loan just to see and hear them play the same old songs from 45+ years ago. I guess there's no amount of greed that Henley thinks is enough. Prices start around $150 and go up to an astounding figure nearing $1000. I saw them in Phoenix around '73 or '74 for $8 before I joined the military, then again during the Hotel California tour for around $20. Bought The Long Run album, turned it up loud and imagined them onstage. That's it. Nothing new since then. Rant over, sorry!
@TimBear-px9gj

Are you serious, drop the ticket price? You do realize that Don Henley would laugh at the utter hilarity of that statement, right? 🤣
@loritipton5800
14 күн бұрын
I wish all these artists would drop there ticket prices ! Its unfortunate that the greed of all involved keeps true POORER FANS FROM THE THRILL OF SEEING THEIR SHOWS ( ALL ARTISTS NOT JUST THE EAGLES! ) IM 60 years old , on a fixed income. So because of artists like Don , I will never be able to see what's left of the Eagles..... so sad that great bands and others put money before the genuine pleasure of fans who would give their left arm to see certain artists perform ... but will not have the chance because they can't spend that amount of cash to see their favorite artists if they want to have a roof over their heads and food in their belly ! People like Don Henley don't care as long as he gets the almighty dollar ! One of these days I pray he remembers HE CAN'T TAKE IT WITH HIM AND LOWERS THE TICKET PRICES SO HIS POORER EQUALLY PASSIONATE FANS GET THE PLEASURE OF SEEING THEM

You’re right though. I went to 2 or was it 3 shows in 2014 or 2015, I think. 2 at The Garden and 1 in Newark, Tickets were $700 and up, and when I took my phone out to see if my kids had called, security was on me, INSTANTLY!!!! They said “take the phone out again and you’re out”!!! I couldn’t believe it. I wasn’t even going to take a picture, but for a $700 seat, (when you can’t even sit, because everyone in front of you is standing & you can’t see), you should be able to take a picture as a memory of the night, AND not be accosted by security!!!!!
