Excellent video. I am a gout patient for 10 years and I have been many uric acid related videos but many a times the whole video for not perfectly aligned to my experience as a patient. എനിക്ക് 41 വയസ്സ് ഉണ്ട്.. എനിക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം gout attack ഉണ്ടായി... കാലിലെ തള്ള വിരലിൽ suddan ആയിട്ട് വേദനയും swelling ഉണ്ടായി... ഞാൻ ഇതുവരെ മദ്യപിച്ചിട്ടില്ല വെയിറ്റ് കൂടുതൽ ഇല്ല... Red meat അധികം കഴിക്കാറ് ഇല്ല.. എനിക്ക് മറ്റൊരു systoms ഉം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു uric acid 7 ആണ് എന്നിട്ടും എനിക്ക് gout attack ഉണ്ടായി അതിന്റെ റീസൺ എന്താണ് ഒന്ന് പറയാമോ
