Sir how about Franklin India Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund of Funds
Sir, there are many online apps/ banks providing platforms to invest in MF.. how to choose the right one for long term investing ?
Hi sir. Will the impact cost affect Motilal Oswal bank index fund.
I have a doubt. So, if one invests in Balanced Hybrid Equity Fund, then he/she doesn’t have to worry about asset allocation, correct? Within the fund itself, there is an internal allocation between equity and debt, which is adjusted continuously by the fund house. Is my understanding correct?
Sir if we invest in just one MF, how will it work for goal based portfolio? With different goals needing withdrawal at different periods of time
MF SIP Route: 3 index funds [sensex & nifty50, nifty next50 ], 1 thematic [IT]. All covered and best.
Sir. I have a doubt. Suppose I get some good money once in 3 or 4 months, I can't invest this in sip as I can't pay the same amount every month. In lump sum I can invest only at the beginning or can I add the money whenever I get it down the lane? Please clarify, sir.

Shall I answer? You should maintain separate mutual funds for all your goals. Because every goal will have their own time limit and risk appetite.
Currently I can see pe ratios are high..What do you suggest?

Pattu sir, the best video in tamil for Mutual fund. No confusion hereafter. Kindly start Q&A daily in Tamil by answering 5-7/day. You have covered on Asset allocation, Retirement and Child Education portfolio, DEBT allocation(EPF, PPF, VPF) and finally NPS not necessary for corporate employee like me. The next topic in Tamil we expect is on STOCKS. Under Equity allocation, how much percent can be in Stocks and Mutual fund.? pls explain us the ratio on this and some best stocks. If it stops to list out stock names, atleast give us clear knowledge which stock segments is suitable. (ex: IT, pharma, PVt Banks) and which segments to be avoided.?
As usual good video in start of the day.. If we have single or two funds in the portfolio, to plan for separate goals as retirement, child edu.. Etc, how we can plan the amount in single fund? Also will it be risky if we have crash and it will be for all the goals simultaneously..

@@pattufreefincal Thank you for the response. But again it might be blunder question to ask, as normally everyone will have Retirement and child education as minimum goals, and in the filtered funds, which will be opted for which type of goals? Meaning for child higher education will be nearby 10-12 yrs roughly and retirement will be long time to go,.. You will not entertain and suggest on the funds, however in my case I've UTI N50, UTI NN50, PPFAS and Nippon Arbitrage for Debt.. In this can we consider passive funds will be ok for Child education?
Hi Pattu Sir, I have done XL work as you advised for each goal (Retirement -13k), Child Education (2*5k - 10k) House Building (14k). For achieving all these, totally i have to invest 37K in equity and reduce equity exposure stepwise as per plan for each goals. I can invest 37k comfortably from my total Investment amount of 40K which is a 30% of net income. But I have to invest all this 37K amount only in equity for achieving. But as you also said equity -70% & fixed income -30% for diversification for reducing the risk. If I do this asset allocation, I am not able to achieve my goals because of reduction in equity. Sir, Can you please reply or make a video for clarify it?

The answer is simple: *You have to increase your salary and apply diversification and asset allocation.*
Index nifty50 or index nifty100?

Sir u r too rough, tough and upfront. I started following u like my big brother. Am 31. Please suggest some best way to pick up mutual fund Monthly 8000 as I already pick direct equity investment. Feel free to blast me if am wrong in asking question ☺️. 1. Is gilt fund good. 2. Is floater fund good 3. I did not find much videos on definition about floater fund. All I need is a honest opinion. NOTE: I donate 2% of my monthly salary to charity as well.
Sir, I'm 37 and I had spent all my savings and even closed my EPF to clear my family debt. I knew it's a big mistake, unfortunately I didn't had any other choice to handle the situation. However now I started new EPF along with VPF. Additionally I started a PPF and a RD . Also I started five different SIP. Kindly advice, should I reduce my 5 SIP to 2 or 3. Also I'm thinking of investing 1 lakh in large cap fund and Debt fund. Please advice.

Should I say something, closing your family debt is not a mistake. It is the right choice made by you. Debt and interest will eat all our money. Hope Pattu sir will answer for your rest of the questions.
