Duran Duran's John Taylor supports wife as she holds first show in NY City parking garage
(13 Feb 2012) SKAIST-TAYLOR HOLDS FASHION SHOW IN NEW YORK PARKING GARAGE
The designers behind Juicy Couture are back.
They sold the company and signed a non-competition agreement that prohibited them from designing clothes for eighteen months.
And there first showing was unique, because while New York Fashion Week was going on at Lincoln Center, their new label, Skaist-Taylor made their show debut with a fashion installation inside a subterranean parking garage.
Before the show, Nash-Taylor and Pam Skaist said they happy to design again.
"The girls have been working so hard and watched this process unfurl. To come to New York, and put on a show like this. They never did a show like this before, so it's a big step for them," Nash-Taylor said.
Nash-Taylor is married to Duran Duran founding member John Taylor.
As for the space, it was literally a parking garage beneath Lincoln Center.
"We wanted a raw space, and Lincoln Center, and we were really lucky to get this," Nash-Taylor said.
Her husband agreed: "To do anything even remotely new is quite difficult here."

@@Juki.227 Noooooooo, pero si no se nota ehhhh jajajajjaja Mira mi estimada compañera de los 12 pasos, Juancito no necesitaba de la huesuda para "arrimarse" a las modelos, ellas se le tiraban a su paso y caian como moscas. Esa escultura humana nunca necesito ayuda puesto q TODOS LOS ELEMENTOS le fueron dados intrinsicamente un 20 de Junio de 1960 y hasta le fecha, las damicelas caen como moscas, YO LA PRIMERA =D

@@patriciaestok9329 lamentablemente eso sucede cuando las personas quieren detener el curso normal del envejecimiento... Y efectivamente Gela se veía mejor sin cirugías... Ahora ni siquiera se nota cuando sonríe... Su rostro se quedó sin expresión!!! Pobre John... Sólo espero que él no termine haciendo lo mismo, porque entonces sí que lo perdemos para siempre!!!

Yes it is sad she thouhght she needed to even have any work done at all.She looks so plastic like the Kardashians,where as Yasmin Le Bon is Beautiful but looks more natural than Gela.I am kind of a hypocrite because if I had the money I would definitely get rid of my triple chin and get a Breast Lift.
