Chinese diplomats committed violation of the Philippines wire tapping law. As a diplomat, it does not excuse chinese consulate workers for prosecution with local host country's law. Chinese consulate staff spreads misinformation, disinformation and other malign information against the Philippines and harming it's citizen. Thus, these diplomat should be expelled and declare as persona non grata per international convention agreements regarding foreign dignitaries.
