Dumbbell homeworkout

Dumbbell interval workout, all standing! Working those arms, shoulders and core.
We’re using dumbbells in this workout, however, you could also follow this with bodyweight, bands or a kettlebell if you would like to. We’re standing for all of this workout.
I’m using a 4kg (9llbs) set of dumbbells, you use whatever is challenging for you!
We're working to an interval of 40sec work and 20sec rest, for 10 exercises.
Warm up and cool down are included in this workout.
Grab your mat and a bottle of water and lets go!
Our exercises are as follows:
Halo
Staggered row - switch half way
Forearm plank to knee drops
Upright row to push
Tricep Kickback - L
Halo to lateral lunge
Tricep Kickback - R
Push Press
Plank Pike to Toe Tap
Hammer curl to Isometric shoulder press hold L
Woodchop
Hammer curl to Isometric shoulder press hold R
