I thought my push-ups were pretty strong, then I met upper chest pushups in the third superset.
Yo, these are a God send for me. Perfect amount of time, I can do these in my tiny Boston Apartment, and so easy to follow along. I have been so isolated all of quarantine and these are helping me feel alive again. Thank you so much for these, literally saving my life. Onward and upward!!

Did a modified upper chest push up that seemed to work for my flabby chest. Rather than on my knees, mine was standing but I used a low bench/block to rest my hands and stay bent over, but a little more vertical. Still hit the chest but a little less weight. Great workout!

Excellent workout. I have my adjustable dumbbells now about a year after the idea first crossed my mind ...and wow am I WEAK compared to when I had a gym at my disposal. 25 lbs feels like 35, etc... But, this excellent workout, we will see how quickly I recover my conditioning. THANK YOU

Great chest work out! Felt the pump right after. Quick random question - when I was feeling my chest for activation, I got a little distracted because I also felt my heartbeat, and it was pounding. @achv peak can you feel your heartbeat too, when you're trying to feel for chest activation?
I did the chest one yesterday; it was great and I’m feeling it today!

I think with any standing chest exercises you're going to get some shoulder activation with it. Just try to lower the weights and focus on chest.
Chest MUST get big after that one.

Use less resistance and focus on the movement and contracting the muscle being worked.
This Is tough. I like it. The combination is clever, and also pretty heavy for me as a beginner, but I am gonna keep pushing it :))
do not do chest flys on the bench. they are injury prone. either do an incline DB fly or on the floor. same for declines as well, inclines are way better.
Those push-ups are killers

The Lying Side Raise or whatever hurt my hands and lower arms so bad..
