I love this comment because you credit your weight loss to both exercise and changing what you eat. Many people think one specific exercise will change everything but I’ts a mix of things

I totally understand and agree with you on this. But the work around for this is a playlist. They have warm up videos and burnout videos to do before and after exercises. I made a small playlist for each day of the week.
I'm so weak and uncontrolled the only place I felt this entire workout is in my bis and idk why 😭

I hate my left straps for over reacting to my shoulder workout. Like i dont even shrug but the burn still feels in the straps
How often do you recommend doing this to gain muscle?
any alternatives for lateral raises and tricep kick backs? i only have 25 lb dumbells and they are great for the other exercises but when it comes to these, i cant handle that much weight.

Not sure if you still need an answer but for tricep kickbacks you could try doing skull crushers instead. And incline rows for your medial delts

First time finished a workout halfway through with a busted chin. Skull crushers are well deserving of their name. Caught a 20kg dumbbell in my face. My bad :)
Hello I live in the UK and workout using your excellent videos to train at home as the DWP gym I used to use has closed due to covid. My request is I am 65 male, due to bring ex military I used to jump out of planes. It was never the jumping out that damaged my left knee, it was the landing with up to 100lbs of gear strapped to my leg. The machines for leg/calf press put no pressure on my knees, trying to do any squats to low will damage my knees, is there any exercise you can do a video on for lower body (thigh) workout with dumbells. Or would it be safer to use bands? Regards Graham
Isnt 20 seconds of rest inadequate for hypertrophy?
Been doing this for 2 weeks now I can feel the burn in my triceps and shoulders but never seem to get a chest burn, am I doing it wrong or is there any suggestions on this? Or should i just do a couple more sets on chest

I feel like the only way you can get chest to feel a bit soar and burn is to do pushups, I always do a push workout involving a bunch of different variations of pushups and the next day I can feel soarness. But I dont think you feel much burn in the chest no matter how much you do.

@@jonathan_8100 I've been trying to ease myself back into pushups as I have a dodgy wrist and supporting my weight during pushups can be painful so I've started doing like half pushups and stuff to get the feel for it again, I need to buy some hand holds or something to assist, cheers for the info though dude
