Welcome to the channel. Today, I'm just going over the latest addition to the bike. I removed the Ohlins SD 008 Universal Black Line Series Steering Damper to install the OEM part specific version on the bike.
36420202A - STEERING DAMPER.
This is not the Ohlins SD068. This is the version that comes on the bike installed at the factory. The brass knob versus the anodized knob is one of the visual differences that sets these dampers apart. Internally they should be the same, another visually noticeable difference is the eyelet that mounts to the clip-on. The non OEM Damper has a black eyelet and the OEM version has the gray one as shown in the video.
