This is the only way for me to do a WNG , my hair hate water for this style😅😅😅😅but I use toooooooo much product😭😭😭😭 and it last me 2 weeks and my hair stay super moisturized! Sorry for my bad English ! I’m French

I actually love dry'n'gos. Sometimes a girl doesn't have the time or patience for all the regular wash'n'go steps

i wash condition at night and put in my leave in and put my hair in two big twists at night because i can't sleep on wet hair because my curls will go flat and my hair takes two days to dry when i have gel in it. the next day i put my gel in and that is how i have been wash and going for 8 years. Gel works better than custards, conditioner or gelees and with gel you will be able to fluff without the frizz. because i detangled my hair wet and put it in the twists when it dries it is already detangled and stretched so i am not raking though my dry hair and causing breakage. I have grown my hair to my waist twice and to my elbows in the last 8 years and the only thing that killed my hair was heat damage, not the dry wash and go plus i got less single stranded knots because my hair was stretched (without heat.) This has been a lifesaver because i live in the east where it gets really cold and leaving with wet hair isn't an option.

This is how I always do my wash n go's on dry hair. I'll wash my hair two days prior and moisturize. Than two days later, I'll just section my hair in smaller pieces rubbing eco styler gel and using a fine tooth comb to define my curls. God bless!

It's perfect for a puff I live for a dry wash and go. I watch you and Kim combos and use them on mostly dry hair. I will something spritz my hair with aloe and or water but it's not wet just damp at most since I cannot get a good wash and go on wet hair it's time consuming and I cannot seem to get the stretching method down so I just admire your big hair.

I've tried this before and it took more gel than necessary but it came out pretty good. You always come through with the content❤

All I gotta say is your hair STAY looking good regardless of what you do ✍🏾

I have low porosity hair and I love the dry and go’s with my low porosity hair I feel like this is a better method for me to get moisture so I’m actually gonna try it tonight❤️🙂

I can only do dry wash nd go’s lol, I actually use the miche beauty leave in with the melanin hair care twisting creme. My dry nd go be bomb and my hair dry faster cuz there is no water involved, and there is no frizz 😊

I always do my wash n go's on almost dry hair. If I do it on soaking wet hair like most people it's like the product (gel) kinda just slips off my hair & doesn't give it the hold... idk if that makes sense. But I have mostly 4b with a little 4a & that's just what works for me. Not sure the porosity but yeah, not dry but like 85% dry maybe.

I do this on my dry hair all the time! I use my Texture ID styling creme and a little bit of flaxseed gel. I love the style, but it doesn't last as long as a regular wash 'n go.

I've done this several times. I'm also high porosity. I don't like doing wash n goes on soaking wet hair anyway. It makes the products less effective on my hair

Me too! I be watching all these videos talmbout “soak wet hair is best” “the wetter the better” and I be like ???¿¿?🤔??¿? Why my hair get frizzier with more water? Damp is best for me though, I don’t really like how dry w&g lay when the products completely dried

I do this to my daughters hair. But I use a spray leave in conditioner, then follow up with product and a little gel

I tired this the other day and I was freaking out about the middle of the hair strand being straight too I thought I had heat damage 😂😂 great results though 😍😍

I love your hair and you always do a great job! My concern is product build up because of the amount of product used and as you said having to make it a two day with no heat process. I wonder if this will create volume for ladies who have fine and low density hair like myself. I do think the moisture would be fabulous. Let us know how many days you were able to wear it like this before you had to wash your hair. I love your videos.💖💖💖

Usually whenever I have my hair in twists with zero product, I rock those for two weeks. Then a twist out for another then I just add product and get some curls for a couple of days.

I did end up using more product for the dry n’ go because it was my only source of moisture since I couldn’t use water.

I love this video water is what causes much shrinkage..no water is better my opinion..my hair is longer with no water but I use eco

Spraying the hair with a whole bunch of water is definitely not necessary like most naturals make it seem. It may be a little easier but not necessary.

Denysha Taylor girl you ain’t lying! dry wash & go’s use a TON of product. I’ve done them a few times when I’ve had somewhere to go but no time to start from freshly washed hair and every time I was emptying containers. I got too much hair for this method not to be wasteful 😤

I tried it yesterday and was still able to get pretty good definition, I was shocked 😳

It turned out cute. But I like ur big hair more 😍. The parts that were getting weighed down by the products and u had to shake a little for the curl to come thru are more fragile bc of the hair color maybe? I do my wng on mostly dry hair. If I do it on really wet hair the product just slides off and they don't last as long.

If its puffy roots when you do wash n go. Put the gel on your roots to weight it down some. I apply starting at my roots because it also tends to help me have less tangles at the roots when its smooth down.

Never done a wash n go on dry hair. But, if I try it I’d have to wash my hair and just put it in 2 big loose twists and let air dry overnight. Cuz I ain’t blowing nothing out just to revert it

Can someone tell me what to do if my hair is puffy after washing its like not tamed

I'd be concerned if it worked for low porosity hair rather than high, because we get build up easily

It will probably last longer if you use gel with the styling cream
