Sams excited voice when he saw the first brown car put all of the local dogs on alert. The second brown car sighting had porpoises 200 miles away wondering what they were missing. Love the excitement Sam❤ keep up the great work.

@@seenthroughglass absolutely. I think you and I favor very similar cars. I have a jag XKR and would love to someday get an F type. And frowning up in the eighties I always took Polaroid pictures of any Porsche that sat still long enough to photograph. Never dial it back Sam, It’s your enthusiasm that keeps me watching. 👍🏻

After watching your videos for years now, you never let us down Sam with the quality of cars you manage to get your hands on.

The Paris Peninsula. Such a great hotel, an old palace building fully refurbished a few years ago. Especially the roof top bar. When in Paris I usually stay in the hotel on the opposite corner. Also a lovely old world hotel that happens to have a Turner hanging in the lobby. Half the price of The Pen too. Those two Lambos looked amazing. Only Lamborghini can do those colours.

Just googled the hotel (Peninsular) and the reviews were pretty terribly.

Having driven a few Morgans when I used to work there, they certainly are well recieved by other road users and people in general. In many similar cars you can be treated with contempt for such an ostentatious show of wealth but Morgans always got a cheery wave, a smile, and let out at junctions! Maybe less so in central Paris where it seems to be that whoever values their car the least, has priority!

Fun outing Sam! Brings back memories of an earlier STG Morgan video in Autumn. Paris even with setbacks, still amazing to drive and film in, hope you'll return soon. Thanks :)

I've never even been passenger in a Morgan , but I love the idea of it . An old looking car with all of the advantages of being a new car .

Great video, those glamour shots in front of the café were just perfect!

I went to school in Malvern, and I used to see Morgans scooting about somewhat regularly. I now drive a base model early 2000s Porsche 996 3.4 Carrera 2 Cabriolet, and I love it so, so much. It’s reliable, practical, fun, and (fried egg headlights and all) actually kinda pretty. There really isn’t anything I’d be tempted to replace it with. Except a Morgan.

Some trivia: The Paris boulevards are modelled on the boulevard on Lord Street, Southport, in Lancashire, after Napoleon III stayed there for a summer and subsequently went back and remodeled Paris.

Sam, as french person in UK, there is a trick to this, Moteuretsens, you could translate this for Brits to Motors & sens, but for the French, it is different. Moteuretsens sound like moteur essence for french people which means Motor & Petrol.. anyway nice video

Theres a 930 Turbo in my neighborhood in that color! Its called Platinum Metallic I think. Fits the car and the era its from! edit: I have to correct myself. The lighting confused me. The car in the video is definitely browner than the color i meant. That one is more like champagne

Of all the great cars in the room for me the 930 is the best one. It has all a real sports car needs. Its light, it has more than enough power, its real hard work to drive it and look at it... such a nice silhouette. "It's no car for boys", as Walter Roehrl said.

Whilst the trip in the Morgan was short, that’s the best part of this video, I mean how often would you see that car in any capital let alone Paris! Imagine if she was in brown, Sam wouldn’t have been able to get in as he would be a mess on the floor next to it!

Ever since I saw Morgan Areo 8 in Top Gear driven by Hamster I would like to own one some day. Especially quirky looking headlights. But I also think that Senna is beutiful car, so maybe my sense of asthetics is weird.
