Created in September 2014, 'Seen Through Glass' was initially just a hobby, a way of combining my love for cars and video making.
The goal has always been to capture a life with cars, not a life about cars.
The STG KZread channel gained over 100,000 subscribers in its first year and has gone on to reach a global
audience of around 5,000,000 people per month across various social media pages.
I’ve worked with F1 stars such as Sebastian Vettel, Nico Rosberg and Charles Leclerc, presented online series
for AOL and MSN, hosted live broadcasts from motorsport events such as the Le Mans 24 Hours, Formula E and
Goodwood Festival of Speed and worked with brands such as Tag Heuer, Shell, Pirelli, Amazon, Lotus and BMW.
In 2019, Seen Through Glass was named one of the Top 50 UK influencers by The Sunday Times.

God the 308 is so beautiful. Pants to drive, I fear.
Thanks for the video. Such a pity these cars weren't actually built to be used. It's just a huge turn off.
This is such a beautiful car, to me. And Eric Clapton’s?! Wow.
*What hotel did you stay at?*
I get the point of modern cars being too “polished” and not exciting, but to say that the Macan is better than this…..it’s not even close, first and foremost techinically.
This is my favourite old Ferrari! Obviously a manual I've always wanted one!
That green Porsche is the absolute bosssss, and Mr. Seen Through Glass your vids are just brrrrrrrilliant
What's with all the facial expressions hand gestures and not funny voice.
Please sort the audio. Sounds like you’re being recorded without your knowledge.
What a experience to have sam live it up.
Drove one back in 1999 the same spec as this. Same colour but with black trim. Drove from Watford to Strasburg via the channel tunnel. Then, on to Insbruk, through to Bologne, Maranello for a factory visit and then on to Florence. Returned via Pisa, Genoa, Monaco for the GP and back through France to Watford via the channel tunnel. Loved it. I didn't want to hand it back. Something I will never forget.
Privately educated and can’t string a sentence together! When referring to the condition of the jaguar “such bad condition” is grammatically correct.
That car is not worth 30k or work, thats mental 😂
The 456GT is not a car in the vein of the Daytona...that is the 550. The 456 is the successor of the 400, which was in production well into the 80s. So the 456GT represents no change in approach for Ferrari, they never stopped making front engined V12 2+2s. Reference to the mid engined cars like the Testarossa is invalid - the 456GT has no relation to any mid-engined Ferrari.
The only difference between stupidity and bravery is the outcome.
Outside of the factory warranty period, any purchase of this ilk is going to be risky, even with a blemish-free past...
What an experience! ☕️
I considered one but after doing research I decided against it. I spoke with owners who budget £8k a year for maintenance.
7:20 The cat, when you start vacuuming
Sam: If your doing another one, how far will a genuine Porsche baseball cap get me?
I remember seeing Tom Chaplin from Keane in a blue one navigating one of these down a narrow high street. As a car person, they don’t interest me at all. V12 is prob nice but it’ll be ballpark £7K pa just in maintenance servicing.
Love your enthusiasm but from personal experience of 15 years ownership of a manual Modificata that has been recently classiche certified, ownership has been a breeze with none of the eye watering bills you talk about. It’s a mile munching joy to drive with huge amount of torque. It doesn’t need the 600 - 800 bhp of modern Ferraris - you can’t compare it to them. It’s a different kettle of fish from a different period. But like any car, buy the absolute best you can. That is always sound advice. Keep the videos coming. Great watching 👊
Bro living life
The engines can suffer from worn valve guides. It’s a bit of a lottery due to poor quality control of materials used in some batches. Heads off is a very expensive fix. I don’t think I’d buy one unless this had been done …
I nearly bought a 550 Maranello about 5 years ago. Yes, nobody wanted them and the one I was looking at was immaculate. Anywho, 5 years later... well that thing has doubled in value and I can't bloody afford one. If you want a 456 get one now peeps, or prepare to kick your own ashe in a few years time...
I thoroughly recommend the Historic GP. Access all stands (tribunes) and browse the pits too 👍🏻
Thank you for choosing Portugal!
Always fond of the 456 as an elegant under the radar Ferrari. I even went to my local dealer to buy one……I came out with a 550 instead!
this went on to become the purosangue. that makes me extremely miserable
I think it's wonderful. Really beautiful, elegant, old-school design, proper old-style Ferrari. However, is it a good idea to own one? Not sure..
cant believe the lee collection is based in perth wa my home town he runs the streets in perth
I noticed the 550 you drove has a 575 instrument cluster. Did they happen to mention why?
I think he likes trains
I have an FF - costs a fortune to operate. These are simpler and should be less expensive but when buying any of these "older" Ferarri's, you need to be realistic and expect that $30,000k to address a bunch of iffy stuff isn't unrealistic. With an FF it is to be expected.
The front apron is updated on the M as well. Including the in grill foglight which are so hot.
ONLY in your country mate! There's no Ferrari here by that range of price.
He should take the silencers off, then it becomes one of the best sounding cars ever as well next to beiing one of the best looking.
It’s a beautiful looking car. I think I’d chance a Maserati 3200/4200 or Granturismo. They’re not 12 cylinders cars though.
I remember when these were sub £20k
Servicing costs will inevitably be crippling.
The rationale choice is to buy two and keep one for parts.
Lovely vintage looking Blaupunkt stereo in this, I always enjoy spotting these in various classics. Thinking of getting one myself.
No.
One of the worst ferraris
Tony where are you to speak some reason into Sam. The Ferrari 456 MGT. Cool it had the first commercial use of carbon fiber. Its huge value but the maintenance of an old V12 Ferrari. It would be very expensive to maintain. I'll admit this is an incredible example but even so. I wouldn't have it but beautiful to look at and appreciate.
I need this!!!
Hey Sam how do you find all these great coffee shops
Una delle granturismo più eleganti e prestigiose mai prodotte
Gorgeous looking car ! So elegant looking even after so many years .
My Defender has a 120l fuel tank and I need a mortgage to fill it up, guess if you own a Ferrari fuel costs aren’t a consideration.
