BLACK SERIES TOUR BEGINS! Driving My AMG GT BS to PARIS

Let's start my Black Series Tour! Setting off from @TheShmuseum our first stop is Paris, France with my three AMG Black Series models; the GT, SLS and C63, plus the G63 support car. The first leg takes us to the Eurotunnel and onwards to the Eiffel Tower!
After recently adding both the GT Black Series and C63 Black Series to the collection, it's always been in the works to make a trip come together to bring these beasts to where they came to life in Germany. With a tour that takes us via Paris, onto Stuttgart to visit Mercedes and AMG, and then up to the Nurburgring, it's really bringing the cars to good use.
For the first day, we're setting off from the garage having prepared all the cars on our way to France and ultimately to the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The journey takes us out of London and via the Eurotunnel for the fastest and easiest crossing of the English Channel. With travel restrictions opening up, and especially with new Duty-free shopping at the Folkestone Terminal, as well as Tax-free shopping available for UK residents in the EU, it's a very good time to make use of the service and get on the road.

After off-loading from the train on the French side, it's then onwards to Paris with a cruise along the French Autoroutes and into the chaotic city traffic as we make our way to the centre. It wouldn't be such a trip without a lap of the Arc de Triomphe on the way through, and then to the Champs-Elysees on our way to the most famous monument of them all for an impromptu meet up before venturing to our hotel for the night.
Safe to say the tour has kicked off in style, but this is just the beginning! Thanks to Eurotunnel for supporting this adventure, and bringing the cars across to the continent.

The SLS is one of the most beautiful cars ever made.
5:29 that’s what I love about Shmee, he has all these high-end cars but still gives a Yaris some love. A true car lover
That SLS in mystic blue looks so incredibly stunning in the sun!
The funny thing is that the G is the most powerfull car of the fleet!

G63 is the best all rounder.
First, the C sounds freakin fantastic wow. The SLS looks so sharp when it’s going fast. The yellow in the sun is breathtaking. This is epic.
I’d be nervous to take the AMGs around the Arc de Triomphe!

@@adheetparashar8300 It is a very busy roundabout, with anarchic traffic (by european standards). But honestly it looks way worse than it actually is. While very busy, it is quite easy to navigate.
I've watched you since you picked up the Ferrari FF and There's just something amazing about these road trips. Keep up the good work mate!

Yes, you definitely need to add the CLK Black Series to the collection! While we're at it the SL65 AMG Black Series and the SLK 55 AMG Black Series! And have the ultimate Black Series collection!
Yeah that roundabout in Paris scared me to death in a hire car, sod doing it in a £400k+ car! Balls of steel haha

This is epic Tim! 10 years ago, your first video was all about going on a road-trip to Paris with the Aston and now, 10 years later, you’re doing the same trip with the black series’ and you have also bought your old Aston back!
Great video Tim! They were not really doing some restoration works at the Arc de Triomphe but they were actually taking down parts of the art installation of Christo. They installed a lot of protective framing around certain parts to make sure none of it could get damaged by the "wrapping".

I´ve taken the l´étoile roundabout countless times and it is surprising but if you know the rule, its a pretty easy one to take actually! Hope you had some good fun, you´re living the dream!
