I've always loved ah pa's recipes. I have a suggestion, maybe ah pa can list out all the ingredients in the video description. Easier to refer when we use ah pa's recipe 😁

Thumbs up, simple n quick. But since i like my shitaki mushroom to be soft n springy at the same time, i will pressure cook first then only add in together with the fuchok to braise until everything is cooked.

I have been wanting to try tofu skin for a while. I ordered some tofu sticks and will try it real soon. I already have the 5 spice powder. Just need to get some dried shitake mushrooms. Thank you for explaining about the cooking time. I have watched different videos with tofu skin recipes and was confused as to why they had different cooking times. I will have to check out more of your recipes. By the way, my husband uses those kind of spoons when he cooks, not my first choice, but it works. That is all that matters.

When you said, “I don’t really measure,” I said to myself, “yeah, nobody does.” Haha. As an Italian, I cook by sight. I think most cultures do. I really love your videos because they’re teaching me how to cook simple dishes.

I wish he would print the ingredients & procedure. It's hard to follow him. First of all, it's very difficult to understand him. Second, he's moving too fast adding ingredients & still difficult to unnderstand what he is adding.
