    I know this feeling of looking for a "logic" solution and completely missing the "timing" solution, but that's the game, some times you see it, sometimes you don't. Amazing looking chamber, for sure. One thing we can say about Aperture, they seemed to have wired all there test chambers in such a way that they can be half full of water and the test subjects can still test without being electrocuted at least ;)

    well thanks for playing, Drib ended up making its rounds as almost a meme map. It is my least favorite puzzle I've published and have kept public, and I wouldnt have published if the competition wasn't going on. Hopefully it didn't cause you too much harm and you got to bask in the visuals enough lol

    Regular dilAperture feels warm and forlorn, far in the future. Moist dilAperture feels dreary and ominous, more recent.

    That puzzle was a nightmare because you feel (or at least I felt) really stupid after completing it. It's just so simple but yet so hard....

    A little FYI in case you don't already know: I think we can both agree that walking into burning lasers while trying to solve a puzzle is mildly annoying (and by mildly annoying I mean absolutely infuriating). Some map designers kindly turn off laser collision to spare the player from this aggravation but unfortunately, not all maps are made with this in mind. Fortunately, you can easily toggle player laser collision off/on. There's a console command that does just that: sv_player_collide_with_laser (0/1). I found it especially convenient while solving this map because the game has a strange bug. If you Quicksave using F6 and then hit F7 to Quickload, laser collision gets turned on. This console command can be a handy workaround.

    man WAR the Nuclear Shill is an absolute GOD. I'm sure even the original Portal 2 maps or even new mods aren't these detailed! Always love seeing these maps. Even that reactive water physics... just 10/10 hammer work always, consistently, every time with WAR. The puzzle was GREAT! but that Siren was super annoying in my opinion. Also aiming reticles would have been helpful. 26:32 is where I saw that top portal through the gap and it clicked for me. It took me waaaaaay too long to spot the end as well.

    It took me waaaaaay too long to see the solution to the second puzzle, and I had only figured it out seconds before you had, the monoportaculars are always easier than they look, until they are just harder because simple timing.

    For some reason at 7:50 the mono button portal is orange but once you stick a blue on that panel it just stays. A bit problematic if I don't say so myself

    1:11 - Someone called? 👀 2:17 - You're finally gonna be the fun-gi at parties 😎 4:23 - I think the idea was that it was two independent puzzles, but overgrowth and delaperturization cracked a hole between them and connected them. The first puzzle is "broken" so you can't exit through it, and the second puzzle's cube delivery is also broken, so 1+1=fish 11:45 - Oh, that's definitely broken. It should not be doing that lol 22:09 - Also very broken, that's kinda sad 24:38 - _That's what she said_ 29:20 - If that's the intended solution (it was the only one I could figure out myself just by watching at least), then it would've been a lot more intuitive and satisfying if the piston moved much more slowly, to make sure you could hit the shot without doing this "quick flick and run to shoot" Great video as per usual!

    I haven't compared it to the original, but its probably not more than a second slower in the original, the sightline is a fair bit more clean in the clean version. The piston in this version was actually way slower but too slow to the point it caused exploits. Though this is all for what Is my least favorite map I've made, makes sense since I felt like I needed to get something for the comp but 72 hours for such a hard theme was rough.

    That was not obvious to me, because a good level designer would give you some sort of hint that the solution is timing-based.

    9:25 Not sure now if this broke your solution, but that autoportal is definitely bugged. It places an unlinked, blue portal for you when it should only be able to place orange portals. Autoportals and portal linkage can be a bit buggy in Hammer maps sometimes.

    ngeruma you need to play the Tuber series from Elytron. Very unique and clever maps, and they each have a second quest within them. Endlessly fun maps, you gotta check them out ASAP!

    I'm quite upset with the broken logic in the second room. I don't know what causes it since it works on my computer, and when I tried making a fix for it, it wouldn't let me update it on Steam .......
