In practice, I used an incredible acupressure technique to help open the sinuses. Today, I'm going to share how you can do this technique right at home.
If you have sinus congestion or your sinuses aren't draining, you can use this technique to help open your sinuses and breathe better.
Common causes of sinus problems are infections, a fungus growing in your sinuses, or a cheese allergy. If you have a sinus issue, you should avoid cheese and sugar to see if that clears the problem up.
Two of the best natural remedies for sinus congestion and other sinus issues are diluted kimchi juice and Spanish black radish.
Before you use this acupressure technique, check your sinuses by plugging one nostril with your finger and breathing in, and then repeat with the other nostril.
Rate how bad your sinuses are, and then give this acupressure technique a try. After you're done, check and rate your sinuses again-I think you'll notice a huge difference. Watch this video for a full demonstration of how to use acupressure to help open your sinuses.

Hi Dr Eric. My wife, daughter and I are all sinus sufferers. I just finished watching your video and immediately tried the technique on my daughter. About 10 seconds in she said that her noise was getting more stuffy and then I remembered what you did with your elbow and made the slight adjustment. After another 10 seconds her nose was completely open, so it works! Thank you for all your great content. Kind regards, Alex

Since a fall from my bicycle due to vertigo, I hit my head, wearing a helmet, on the pavement so hard that I have a TBI. As well, I now have titanium in my spine as well as other places. The fall naturally caused a lot of alignment issues and one of the issues was exactly what you mentioned here, blocked sinus. Since the accident, 7 years ago, I have struggled to breath through my left nostril. Well, THANKS to you, after my dear husband followed your technique, I can now breath properly. I would like to thank you that you posted this video that helped me with my sinus I am suffering with since my childhood. I always have to keep a tissue with me to clear my nose. But if try this everyday, I think eventually I will clear my sinus and I wont need tissues anymore. Thank you Dr. Eric. You are awesome. 😊

For years I suffered from sinusitus, but had no clue it was due to the histamine response from tomatoes until I was watching KZread, and someone explained certain veggies will trigger this; somtimes because of a conjested liver. So I eliminated tomatoes from my juicing regimend; so I haven't had any of those horrible symptoms since Jan 2022. And I started cleaning my liver/ pancreas/ kidneys/ gallbladder after that: with raw veggies and herbs. God answered my prayer with your channel I have had no seasonal colds or anything since, and lost 72lbs learning about the benefits of proteins and dangers in hidden sugars, eating too often, and mostly not getting enough sleep. Thanks Doc.

My daughter was going through cough and cold for sometime and whenever she gets it she experiences the stuffy nose. She'd say she's having a blocked nose, I try various ways to help her to breathe better it takes quite sometime for all that to work, so recently I came across this video and it was timing as well. I tried this method and instantly she was able to breathe as normal, so whenever she experiences the stuffy nose I work this method on her now. I'm so grateful to you for it.

Many people wake up stuffy due to drainage into the sinus while sleeping. After they get up and move around, the sinuses usually opens on it's own. Sleep Apnea is also an enemy to the sinuses. Manipulation of the neck helps to relax the muscles and reduce air pressure when adjusted. Saline wash helps

I am not a doctor but learned this technique from an acupuncture doctor and has used it to help many people to relieve headaches, including strangers met in restaurants and stores. The technique I use is slightly different, although it is treating exactly the same location. In addition to “pressing into” the pressure point, I apply upward force once the fingers digging into those area. I place the other hand under the chin instead of the forehead to counter the lifting force on the back of the neck. ** Again, I am NOT a doctor. What I describe here is merely my personal experience. **
