Still my favorite Jackie Chan film, as a life long fan.
I am glad in this case to have been a procrastinator, as I waited on importing the UK Blu-ray long enough to find out about the 4K and then the U.S. 4K, and I just got that in a couple of weeks ago. Wow, what an awesome package! I saw this for the first time in 2019, then again in 2021, but this time I went with the Japanese (extended) cut, and it is even better, plus it looked and sounded amazing. After having checked out 88's 4Ks of Drive and Dragons Forever, I am super excited to get Supercop here in March (assuming that date holds true!)

@@manvfilm Oh, that's great to hear, Graham. This is definitely a pre-order situation for me, which is something I rarely do!
I love the fight between the three brothers, possibly even more than the end fight. Great movie, I'm not set up for 4k yet (dispite buying the Eureka Police Story boxset) so happy to stick with the previous Blu-ray release. I agree Yuen Wah is incredible as a villain in everything but here he is hilarious and deadly in equal measures.

It’s the constant smoking, fixing of the suit or the odd sly kick. Everything Yuen Wah does is perfect.
Can't wait for this and the rest of my 88 films order. I think I need more sammo hung in my collection. I remember watching this as a kid along with both armour or god movies and loving them.

You can’t go wrong with any of the dragons. I do think my favourite is Yuen Biao

@@manvfilm If you haven't seen the Japanese cut (which is the extended cut, actually), you should check it out. It has a couple more scenes of Yuen Biao, and it actually helps to explain some motivation for some of what he gets up to!
