Second half of the year is going to be an expensive one! Looking forward to your Radiance October Announcements video because there are some absolute bangers in there too.

Huge anticipation for the Feuillade set - have a feeling this will sell out before launch. I definitely recommend viewing Olivier Assayas' Irma Vep (both the 90s film and the recent HBO series) as the way they weave in the Vampire series, and plenty else, is incredible.

I am so happy that they're releasing the Feuillade box, it feels like a love letter to silent cinema, and they've not had a chunky box set release in a while. I've recently been exploring their silent film collection, a lot of the curation is impeccable - every film I've seen I've thoroughly enjoyed. For me July's anticipated set is Curzon Strickland but September I'm really excited for! LOUIS FEUILLADE: THE COMPLETE CRIME SERIALS is 27 hours 8 mins in length.

Wow that’s incredible

The Feuillade box looks really awesome. A bit pricey yes, but you get 10 disks and hours of content. I will give this a good hard thought!

After the incredible Paths of Glory in 4K, there’s been nothing from Eureka for me. The fact that the Touch of Evil 4K Limited Edition sold out so quickly, which forced the company to put out a standard 4K release, tells me there’s huge demand for such amazing classic cinema. And yet, as each month goes by we get inconsequential martial arts and Asian cinema by the truck load. I love experiencing a new Eureka disc but boy is it slow going.

Couldn't agree more

I have been enjoying the Asian cinema unlike some who clearly prefer more traditional clsssic cinema from Eureka like they used to mainly focus on. But I feel therr are plenty of other labels ao for me what Eureka is putting out is fantastic and they are still putting out some non Asian cinema gens scattered in there as well. Although I'm certainly keen on The Champions and Two Taoist Tales I am very very keen on the Louis Feuillade set. Out of this set I have only seen Les Vampires which i enjoyed but to have that and all these other woeks in a mega box set is very exciting and I am really looking forward to this one.

Wow, what an amazing box set! But pretty pricey! 😖

Champions isn't as silly as Shaolin Soccer, but it is worth the watch (and it's pronounced more like "Bieu" ;=) ).

I ordered the box set only moments after reading of its release! I have a dvd of one of the Fantomas serials and loved it. Bought it on spec. I suspect this will sell out pretty quickly. It’s so different to anything else that’s been released in recent times and pretty iconic. Like you, Graham, 30 Sept can’t arrive soon enough for me! Eureka are always on the edge of losing me, these days, because of their mass release of Eastern Action films (I know you like them and they are popular), but with this they have outdone themselves for the first time for ages. By the way, I’m still not understanding why you’re not doing a release discussion for Radiance. They are easily the best British label as they manage to put out a whole range of genres all the time. Please don’t ignore them!
