those massage ideas were fantastic, thanks! I've been tight in my neck since a thyroidectomy 2 years ago
Thank you for the suggestions for relaxing the muscles, very helpful.
Had to watch later... So very grateful for all your ideas. I suffer a lot with losing notes in allergy season, but I realise that I am also very tense, now that you've opened the idea of using massage to engage the brain. Thank you
Really helpful, even though I work as a speech therapist, you mentioned things I wasn't aware of :)
Thank you so much. Very helpful. Aahhhh, feels better already. 🙂
Thank you for not getting political about everything going on, thank you~

The cavity of an acoustic guitar is just called the "body."
I started losing my voice two days ago. Fortunately, my voice returned to normal by next day. In the interim, I read that Laryngitis is typically caused by a virus, so I became worried I might be experiencing a symptom of Covid-19! I live in an apartment condo building near NYC, and there are residents here that tested positive. Also, doctors are also keep finding additional ways Covid-19 can effect different parts of the body. Making me paranoid.
