    I really love this program i use it along with AA nd church and i am loving my recovery rt now .I really need to change my thinking in all areas of my life and i find so much and vaue in smart recovery. Thanks

    Now I know why I regularly relapse, in spite of 12- steps meetings.I am now feeling hopeful and Clear about my multiple addiction.

    Over working is a huge addiction. Used as an avoidance technique as in alcoholism etc

    The neurological changes caused by addiction can overpower thoughts and behaviors. The brain is the last organ to be studied closely, it plays a major role in everything we do.
