Such a nice guy, it’s so sad this happened to him. He’s intelligent, kind, and beautiful, I pray his next relationship matches him.

2:20 The fact that his wife couldn't even let him have his favourite lunch, that she was unable to let him have that comfort because of her need to purge her dishonesty and betrayal. Speaks volumes on her character, he handled the situation with true maturity.

You’re all fucking insane this bullshit about how mature he is (which isn’t entirely wrong) misses the underlying problem and that is that Western society is fucking DOOMED and the fact that the lesson these two men who are supposed to be intelligent (and are in many ways) derive from this is “everyone and their problems are different” (watch the full podcast) is the nail in the bloody coffin you people are honestly screwed

I remember the day my sister, around 12/13 years old, was on my dad’s laptop. I heard her screaming and crying and ran to her. She had opened a conversation between my dad, who was still married and living with us, and another woman. I stood there with my sister reading through the messages feeling sick. My mum ran in to see us both crying. It was the worst day of my life, that was the moment everything changed. Although he betrayed my caring mother, who put up with his anger and alcoholism for years, he betrayed his 3 young children. We lost everything too in that moment, our unit, my trust in love and my dad.

I always find myself having a third person perspective like im watching myself in a movie as it is happening but still allowing my feeling to go through its phase in dealing with the tough situation im dealing with at the time. I think is similar to Dr. Aria is describing here.

Anger as a reaction doesn’t change what has happened, listening to him i can understand and relate to what he is saying, i do understand that horrible things happen in life and being calm is probably the best way of dealing with them.

Such a great guy. So empathic. He has learned so much from a gut wrenching situation, the worst betrayal. I can somewhat relate after narcissistic abusive fake, jealous friends after clout off of my back. ... This will change this guy, he will have trust issues but will heal but that scar on his soul. Glad he knows the Lord. This will bring them closer. Lovely, lovely man. So fine too. 👏 😢

what gets me is how the guy that back doored him /the white night.. is cool with him self , i have been in enough situations of sleeping with hot chicks , but it was wrong if i did , and some were hot ,,, that is part of being a man , because if it happened to them that would be crushed ,,,,and so on ,,,

Eve if non-monogamy was an option to her, the fact she was reckless enough to get pregnant shows her character. The most open marriage still doesn’t allow for raising another man’s child. Absolutely horrible woman.

I’m even massively skeptical of non-monogamy honestly. It only works if you have literally no insecurities at all. I tried it with my ex, didn’t end up working and it ended up being the reason we split up over a year later. It absolutely destroys you unless both people are emphatic about doing it
