Great episode! I can see how the "penny dropped" on all episodes! Bay the way, the 1st Chapter and the 2nd Chapter are not separated (Mo and Africa)

Steve, There is a typo in the time stamps in the description and Africa Brooke's section is not showing up.

Tom bilyeu started doing these but got away from interviews, which was the thing that got his orginal followers and to me it feels like recycling content.

Love this but think it would be better if you reflected after each part to say what you learned from that talk and how it’s impacted your life in a real way, what has changed because of that realisation.
I love the depth of conversations on this channel. A young man with interviewing skills of a 50 year old. You are an old soul and so amazing
This is the single most extraordinary thing I've ever stumbled across on KZread. I want to listen to the full interviews of all four guests and have already purchased Mo's latest book. Thank you for what you're doing!

By far my favorite podcast - you’re interview style is brilliant . You yourself show vulnerability to bring out the vulnerabilities of others.

Totally agree with you. I couldn't have said it better 👍
Steven, thank you for bringing this to us and to quote Mo Gawdat, "You are not stuck with who you are."
Yesss. I started following Mo's advice, retraining my brain. It really works. Sometimes you want to go back to your old ways but as time passes it gets easier to reject those thoughts.

I’m so glad I heard Mo speaking. He’s such a good man
Always a pleasure to re-hear these insights. You've fast become my favourite podcast. I think I've learned more about myself and what I want to achieve in my future, in the past 6 months from listening to these episodes than I have in my whole life. Please don't stop stepping on the gas because you're absolutely killing it. 🤙
Perfect for me this morning. No such thing as darkness just an absence of light 💡 🙏. Thanks a million and everyone enjoy their day
15:42 Damn! 46 days, 10 hours sober.... Just recently started watching your channel. Hooked! Thank you so so much. 🥰
Isn’t it interesting after all of the amazing guests, conversations, big stories etc. that the four most impactful moments were related to four very basic fundamental issues - being grateful, sex, resilience, getting through the dip. Wow.

This is the most empowering video of yours I have watched. Mr B I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you for this Steven, this channel and your work is an absolute goldmine. Nuggets of information that are brilliant and insightful to the highest degree
Hello from Nicaragua 🇳🇮, Steve! I just found this video among many others that I was browsing to find one you did with Dr. Gabor Maté. It is amazing how much knowledge these four interviewees pass on to you and, thankfully, you to us. I have to confess though, that the one that was truly an AHA moment for me was your interview with Gabor Maté. I have shared it with almost anyone I know. He is like a true sage. Many, many thanks for doing this Podcast, it has definitely help me tons.
I feel like you are our (Millennial/GenZ) generation's Barbara Walters - great guests and just about everyone cries or goes through heavy-tears on your show. And we are here for it! Great job, great show. Love Mel.
OMG. I have not heard of Mo before yet in just a few seconds he explained why the common beliefs of habit forming are completely wrong. It takes time! It can take years to reframe our thought patterns. I will definitely be buying his book after watching this video.
It would be a good idea to include the links in description to each full length episode.
Thank you Steven, great job! You are a very gifted person with talent to say the right words and formulate thoughts brilliantly and simply. I'm 37 and just starting to learn how to live "consciously" and behave the way I want to and not the way I'm used to. I admire that you are so much aware of things at much younger age. Keep going!
I absolutely love Mo, he is an amazing man.
Soooo excited for this!! What a brilliant way to start a Monday morning 🙌🏻

Happy for you, Amber.
if anyone's interested, Mel's talking about the Polyvagal theory. All trauma, large or small, has a negative effect on your nervous system which can become dysregulated. this involves the vagus nerve. I implore you to try working with an experienced practitioner, preferably doing both limbic work - rewiring the brain (or try DNRS) AND somatic work which is the physical side of healing and bringing your body back into homeostasis- or balance. this is where yr immune system starts firing on all cylinders, gut function improves, healing, detox occurs, brain fog lifted etc. takes time to build resilience back into yr nervous system, have to go slow and steady.. it's perfect for ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, processing grief, trauma (talking therapies can retraumatise a person), Lyme, POTS, it's quite a long list as the vagus nerve is connected to so many areas & organs of the body. btw 80% of the info & messages goes from those organs up to the brain, not the other way round. it's a life changer. (I was bed bound but now up all day, functioning).

@DemetraAndriopoulou Yes. I have gone from couchbound to only housebound & able to go out 👍 I'm recovering from ME/CFS. The somatic work with the nervous system is the most impactful. It's just the science of how the body works (nothing newage or faddish).
Mo was one of my favorite guests.
Thank yoooo ! 90% is good ! How did I not register that ? Taking that with me for the journey of the rest of my Life :)
Mel’s comments resonated so so much with my own journey with complex ptsd. Thank so much for sharing.
I watch most episodes of the diary of the CEO. This collection is fantastic and genuinely moving.
Brilliant podcast - thank you, Steven! I started doing gratitude journalling (and journalling in general) a few months ago, and it's genuinely changing my life for the better. I now wake up every day seeing so many positive things in my life. It's made me realise that you can always find something positive in any situation. We all have so much to be grateful for. Thank you, Steven - I'm LOVING your channel!! Keep the great work up xx
Some fantastic interviews with wonderful insights on the human condition. Appreciated.
What a brilliant idea!! So well done. Thanks Steve.
I don't normally like going back on episodes but I know why you chose these. Profound 🙏🤜🤛💙
Was this tailored for me today???? Four subjects I needed reminding of that work is required constantly to improve self development and be a better self. TY
Just want to say, I treated myself to the electronic diary for my 63 Birthday. I’ve been faithfully journaling and it’s transforming my life going forward. Thank you for the great service you are providing. PM

🤗🙌 Fantastic way to start the week. Thank you Mr Bartlett & your team & all of your guests. Having these podcasts to llook forward to may not seem a big deal to many, however they have been a gift that keeps giving in many ways. Thank you 🤗💯
Achievement by others people..really stood out for me we forget many achievers were given the opportunity to shine.
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💙💚💛🧡❤️ we are all the same person, living life in a bunch of different bodies!! Which means that... Every person that you meet...is really just YOU.... LIVING IN ANOTHER BODY!!! You see...you are INTERACTING with YOURSELF at ALL TIMES! & Once you understand this...you understand UNITY!✨ 🌈I and my father are one☀️✨ ✨❤️✨🧡✨💛✨💚✨💙✨💜 ✨🌈Love thy neighbor as thyself☀️ YOU ARE ME AND I AM YOU!!! I'll always be with you!!!🤗♥️🤗♥️🤗♥️ -God
Robbins is amazing , thankfully you brought up the Olympian that analogy was spot on !!
Mel Robins' analogy of sitting in that car with the green signal etc. was such an amazing moment for me. I'm 74 and this is how I feel....every day.....all the time.

6:43 love it!!!
Steve I needed this reminder as I was told (gently) by my sister that my bent is to catastrofize every thing.
Thank you! 🙏🏽💞
AWESOME! Bear Grylls... NGU! Never Give Up! Just like the song My Hero by Foo Fighters... "there goes my hero...watch him as he goes... there goes my hero... he's ordinary"... he's the one passing out oranges! Resilience, NGU! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
So true about exercise. I didn't feel like going to the gym this morning. I usually spend 35 min stright in the Sauna before Pilates class on Monday. My brain wanted me to go to the gym. I feel bad if I don't.
Profound video.
I love this channel.
Wonderful. I wish though that the individuals were introduced. I had no idea who I was listening to or which book they’d written that I might like to read. I could of course go through all podcasts to try to find them, but easier if they were named here 😊
