I've always known the last segment to be true, but I just can't bring myself to cut off 3 very close friends. I dived into video games to gain similar interests and picked up smoking weed and drinking. Internally, my passion was to be a better me. Just strength and be good in life. Today, I don't drink or smoke, and I BARELY play video games, and it seems like I don't know any of those people outside of that. I love working out and feeling strong and healthy and feeling vibrant, and they are just miserable energy vampires that complain all the time, and the crazy thing is that I've had a horrendous childhood compared to them. I guess im saying, its nice for someone else to approve of my decision on putting them way outside of my circle so I can be happy doing what I love, and thats being healthy ALL AROUND without feeling guilty for leaving them behind. Excellent response and questioning. What a great sequence 👏😌

You're allowed to grow. Maybe your example will be an inspiration or cause jealously. Doesn't matter. That's what sovereignty is. You make the choices that elevate you. Not everyone you start off with will be there at the end and that's OK. Find new friends that share your passion for health and vibrancy.

I happy that you are able to do that without absorbing their energy. Maybe you are better at compartmentalizing their issues. I came across a Brene Brown compilation on KZread and it tore me apart. I had no idea why I was sitting there with tears streaming down my face. I never looked back and embraced how very sensitive I am. I care deeply about people and am very empathetic but I have come to realize most people talk about their problems not their joys and and as an introvert it wears me out. So I am cautious with my energy and create boundaries for people I know aren't interested in evolving. I love them but I don't engage emotionally. It's my belief that this is what she is saying that you don't need to get mired down in people's problems when they have no interest in bettering themselves.

Say that when it's people you see VERY often who regurgitate the same problems every single time, act like theyre deaf to your input or listen but then do the opposite and continue to eat your head.. in person, on the phone, on chats. Then there are those from this group who will never mirror the same care or compassion back when you are going through something. I don't think this guest was talking about close friends who you have a balanced relationship with, respect personal boundaries, and have the fortitude to sense when they are draining someone's energy. Many people are very selfish and self involved.

You would think people would care about one’s health. Say hi etc..but nope. So I don’t bother with most anymore with a lot of ppl cuz they couldn’t give a shit..and they don’t really care at all.

Remember, God, angels and your spirit guides are there for you.. and you will feel divine presence guiding you back to health. This is what happens when all the noise from useless people quiets down. I've experienced this firsthand and wouldn't change a thing even if I could. Glad the time waiting energy suckers are gone and for ones that are left, I decide when and how much of my energy to give and share.. when its mutually beneficial. And I also have space to help poor and under privileged people I encounter from whom of course there is no expectation except their heartfelt smiles. Takes time to transition into a new way of living.

Why the grandiose statements? Finding your sovereign self? I actually thought she had a self-esteem problem, but I have learned that these two traits can be intrinsic. What if one doesn't care about it? I personally do not like it even when people talk to me, I am an introvert. I don't feel I need to come across as confident or imperative because I don't want to feel that people should anyway be so aware and careful when talking to me. I like to feel and see the humans how they truly are.

She may enjoy the affections and compliments people give her, on there. But she was fully assured of her self-worth before she opened her Instagram account. She even made her (stunning) looks the absolute least of her advantages in her career, and managed to excel to one of the highest ranks in the country! Period. She won't fall apart without Instagram tomorrow. She's just lucky enough to sit back and enjoy it. Why don't you do the same? I would question anyone's mindframe for being able to bypass all of her accomplishments and zoom into a non-existant potential flaw. It screams to me that that person is insecure and hoping, really hoping, to find flaws.

She's misunderstanding the questioning about her job. As men in general the more established and stable our lives, the less we care about a woman's job or economic accomplishments. The core values men look for doesn't cater for a woman's need to be praised for accomplishments that don't add value to his overall life. I bet you she married someone more accomplished than her even if its in the same field.❤

One last thing because this comment kind of hit on something that I have been pondering too because like her, I just broke up with a man who wanted exactly what you were talking about and it really hurt. Here’s the thing, I am an Ivy League educated woman with a graduate degree and a six figure job. The men who want to date me are CEOs, business owners, doctors, and lawyers. So that just confirms that men will date who they are attracted to even when she is more or less their business equal. They do it all the time. What they won’t do is date someone they don’t want to have sex with.

Also, for any women who were worried that you are too successful for love, this comment is wrong based on statistics. I discovered that not only do men marry women with similar education, success, and values, but they also stay married longer. ❤ The confusion is that not every rich man is educated so it makes sense that an uneducated but rich man will marry a mutually uneducated woman in his social circle.

Nope mostly females only care about how educated or how much a woman makes. A professional female ran through by other professionals does not add any value, its meaningless. Women prefer men taller, stronger, smarter, wealthier, more capable than themselves. But generally a high achieving man will always have a castle ready to defend for a smoking hot, young, healthy, feminine worker on minimum wage that accepts the reality, submits under his frame and is happy to extend his successful legacy according to his will.
